Chapter 2

Maya's pov

I'm Novada Las Vegas to be precise and I love single bit of it. I've travelled all around the word which is something I've want to see since I was a little girl. I know what I am now but there's no name for me. I'm the only one of my kind. I'm a vampire and a banshi. The powers were just getting to much for me so I got a witch to make me a bracelet to dormant my powers without this all I hear is noises. I had to change my name to maya Carter after my banshi accident. I screamed and it sent a whole shock wave and I killed an entire village. I don't keep intact with any of my brothers anymore.

I walked into the bar because I was hungry for some blood and I found my meal. He was a blond most likely early twenties. I walked up to him and can see him just staring at me.

" hi there" I say seductively getting closer and closer to me

" hey baby" he whispered. Just being near me I wanted to rip his throat out but I needed to get him outside " what's an adorable face doing at a bar like this"

" looking for fun and entertainment" I said playfully.

An hour had past and he was whispering dirty things in to my ear and I was fake giggling. I had enough of this I was hungry

" don't scream don't move just stay very still" I compelled him and he stayed exactly where I asked him and I drank from him I may have had a bit too much but he'll survive

I got up from my booth and I was starting to walk away when I heard a British voice.

" it's rude to leave your date like that love" he looked at the passed out body

" he wasn't my date" I told him turned around from him and he ended being right infront of me and then I realised

" your a vampire" I said

" I'm the original hybrid actually " he told me

" oh your klaus mikaelson I've heard about you" I told him and he smirks

" what have you heard" he asks

" that your a raging dick" I said walking away from him and he followed on after me

" anybody who talked to me like that would be dead by now" he told me

" oooooh I'm so scared" I said sarcastically and he chuckled. " why haven't you killed me yet?"

" 1. I'm a sucker for pretty faces and 2. I need a drink" he smirked at me

" so could I" I ordered shots for me and nick ( he let me call him that ) and all the while he was staring at me.

I was downing my shot and I saw a surprised face from klaus

" most girls couldn't handle their alcohol they would be wasted by now but your still sober" he told me

" I'm not like most girls" I flirted and he smirked at me " and it's something I learnt how to do since I was human"

" rough human life" he downed a shot

" my father and I didn't get along at all he loved my two brothers to bits but I was never enough" I told him

" you and me both. I was begging for scraps of attention from my father but all he did was beat me. Do you still keep in touch with your siblings?" he asked

" no lost in touch with them. One of them can be a pain in the ass and then the other one is so moral and then I'm the broken one " I told him and he understood every word I was saying.

" what's the bracelet for " he asked" I can feel the magic coming off of it. "

" like you I'm also not just a vampire I'm a banshi. Apparently they've been around longer than you have. This helps it dormant it " I told him

We drank shots so many shots until we were completely drunk.
