I was walking back to my apartment from the wine shop when I felt something following me so I turned around to see nobody so I kept on walking and kept on hearing the sound of leafs getting stepped on so I turned around again to be left with nobody again I was as confused as ever so I decided it was my imagination and went to unlock my door I stepped into my apartment to see the lights on and a open bottle of bourbon I never opened that nor left the lights on someone was in here could Edward come back early? Was it a robber murderer so many things ran through my mind so I grabbed a kitchen knife and started walking to the stairs leading to my room to hear the floor boards creaking someone was in my room my heart was racing I started to panic the door to the room was open a bit I could see who was in there if I moved close enough so I did only to be able to see a pitch black room and a shadowy figure pacing so I decided to enter the room the grasp on my knife was tight while I entered the floor made a squeaky sound so the person turned around to see

"Who are you and why are you in my house" I said in fear

"Calm down Meredith it's just me" said a familiar voice.... Kol

"Why did you break into my home?" I said with a harsh tone

"I needed to speak to you" He said walking towards me
But I took a step back
He looked disappointed in my actions

"Well I don't want to speak to you" I said
He took another step closer this time I was pushed against the wall he inched closer so our faces was so close our lips almost touching my breath got caught in my throat i was puzzled by his behavior why was he doing this?

"I missed you and I know you missed me" he spoke as he leaned forward and pressed his lips against mine
Now I was irritated by this how dare he just come out of no where to break into my home and now kiss me who does he think he is I pushed him off of me and slapped him

"What the hell kol" I yelled I was furious

"Don't act like you didn't like it" he smirked
This triggered me even more
I wanted to scream and rip his head off

"Why so enraged darling?" He snickerd he was enjoying this

"Get out" I said looking down trying to contain my rage

"I'm quite fine" he said as if it was a answer

"Kol get out before I do something you won't find fascinating" I said
He raised a amused brow
I chanted a spell to bring pain into his head he fell to the floor holding his head in his hands

"Stop Meredith stop this rig-"
I didn't stop there I used another spell to suffocate him his airways was stopping

"I can't breathe stop!" He yelled
I decided to stop  I undone the spells he fell to the floor breathing fast

"Fascinated?" I said walking downstairs

"Meredith I'm going to kill your boyfriend" kol said from behind me
"I'm going to torture you" he said I heard the doorknob twist to see Edward walking into the house and kol super speeding towards him and biting his neck was the last I saw when I fell to the floor and my vision went black
