"Okay so what are you thinking? Do you want to do an apartment, a townhome, a brownstone, an actual home? What do you want our first place as a couple to be?"

I asked Harry as we walked down the hall of the west wing, my hand holding his.

"Whatever you want is fine." He replied with a small shrug of his shoulders.

"But I'm asking for your opinion."

I watched as he bit the inside of his cheek.

"I say either an apartment or townhome. But I still don't see why we can't stay at my place."

"Your apartment is the size of a shoe box." I rolled my eyes. "I'd like to not have to cook in the same room I sleep in."

He chuckled at this.

"Fine."

After tea with my parents, my mom gave me the name of a realtor to contact, and I made Harry and I a meeting time for the next day so we could go over our list of wants.

The next day Harry and I arrived at our realtor Linda's office, sitting down at the desk while she had a notepad and pen in front of her.

"So tell me what you're looking for." She smiled at us.

"Somewhere with lots of storage space, walk in closets preferably. I know i'd like to have a fireplace. Oh, and a big open kitchen." I said and she wrote that down.

I then looked at Harry.

"What?" He asked.

"Say what you want in a property."

Harry sighed though his nose before sitting up in the chair.

"I guess my first priority would be security. So a safe neighbourhood." He said and Linda wrote that down.

"Okay, what else?" She asked him.

"Nothing too...over the top I guess. Simple is better for me."

"Okay. Well I have a couple places I can think of right now that we could go look at." Linda suggested.

"Of course." I stood up, Harry following along.

Linda took us to the first property, a brownstone in Georgetown.

When we pulled up to the property I began to look around the surrounding.

"It's a nice building." I said as we got out of the car.

"Yeah." Harry said.

Linda led us inside and I pursed my lips. It was like Blackwood's house when we had gone, very dark.

"It's a bit...dark." I said as we looked around.

"It's not that bad." Harry shrugged. "But it seems small."

"That's because of all of the dark wood." I said as I walked around. "I don't know how good the furniture we have will look in here?"

"My furniture goes with everything." Harry said cockily as he sat down on the window bench.

"A cardboard box as a coffee table does not constitute as furniture." I rolled my eyes at him but he only smirked.

We looked at the upstairs but both Harry and I agreed that there was not enough closet space and the bathroom only had one sink, and we needed double sinks since we always fought over the one in his apartment.
