Prologue

Izuku Midoriya was a exceptional child, his intelligence at a young age was incredible, his joy everything about him was interesting, but one thing drew the attention of somebody big. His heroic will. He was a natural born Hero, yet he was the weakest in this world of Quirks.

Perseus 'Percy' Jackson, was a hero from 300 years ago, a demigod son of Poseidon turned God, he had defeated rouge Gods, Titans, Giants and even primordial Deities, specifically 4 primordial Deities, Gaea, Tartarus, Nyx and Erebus, the strongest deities in the world. After betrayal by the demigods the Gods immortalised their ultimate Hero, joining their council as the 15th Olympian, and that's how it stayed.

Until the incident

The incident was a child if Apollo's who's godly nature mutated, the young girl had been born glowing with pure sunlight, the Gods had mass panic, people freaking out over the idea of people finding out the Godly world, in this mess one God stood was calm, turning away from his family he prayed to a higher being, higher than any enemy he ever faught, Chaos

Surprisingly the deity agreed with his plan with one cost, he was not to accept the domain as a God, but as a Primordial, he agreed. Percy then took the idea to the council in which they agreed, Percy set to work, evolving the human body into capabilities of holding supernatural power, he knew it was a huge risk but he made sure big everybody held this power, the world would be to over run

The fates came to the meeting when Percy was done and re announced his domains

Perseus God of Time, Life, Heroics, Earth, Darkness, Night, Seduction, Loyalty and Combat

Primordial Deity of Evolution, Supernatural Powers/Quirks

These domains are what he recived upon evolving the human race, he spent the next 20 years training under The creator herself, learning the laws and limitations of Primordial deities, learning his domains and how he is connected with them, everything.
