"Hi."

"H...Hey."

"Why are you breathing so heavy?"

"Cause I just...ran three miles...without...stopping."

"On your own free will?"

"It gets my mind...off things."

"Everything ok?"

"Just been stressed out recently."

"Wanna talk about it?"

"Classes are getting extremely difficult since the year is like...three months from being over with, I'm trying to find a job that will pay me more than minimum wage—which I could probably get but it'll take like ten weeks of non stop training."

"What job?"

"An Eastmoor paramedic."

"Aren't those like EMT's?"

"Sort of, it's hard to explain and I am too exhausted to try right now."

"Ok. So what kind of classes are you taking?"

"Crime, Law, and Justice, and Pre-Medicine."

"Sounds like you want to be a cop or something."

"At first, yeah. I've always had a fascination for saving lives and putting people behind bars. Bring justice to those that deserve it. Catch drug smugglers. Chase down thieves. It would be cool, exciting, something...different."

"You don't want to do that anymore?"

"It's not that, I'm just exploring my options, seeing which sort of career path I'd be most comfortable and happy with. What did you want to be?"

"A journalist, or someone who travelled the world. I've come to like photography, though. It's so interesting. Each photo depicts a story, but every mind thinks differently and creates scenarios, ones unusual and unique."

"That sounds awesome. What do you take pictures of?"

"Anything that catches my eye."

"I'd...never mind."

"What?"

"Nothing. How has your day been?"

"Alright. Your city has some nice coffee."

"You're in Eastmoor?"

"Yeah. It's pretty. People are quite friendly too. I've came here a couple times this past week, exploring, seeing what kinds of options there are house wise."

"Have you talked to—"

"No. I don't want to see his face right now. Maybe tomorrow. For now, I just wanna enjoy this happiness while it lasts—"

"..."

"Oh sorry, sir."

"It's alright."

"..."

"What was that?"

"I accidentally ran into someone."

"Do I distract you that much?"

"Ha. Ha. You're a real comedian."

"As long as I can make you smile."

"How do you know I'm smiling? Can you see me?"

"No, but your tone of voice changed. It became lighter."

"Oh really?"

"I wish you were this happy all the time. I wish we both were."

"Me too, Stranger. Me too..."
