It seems this hopeful excursion of mine resulted in a flop. I don't think I was serious enough about working on my change. I believe that if I were to try to continue, I would only further distill its effects. So I'm coming back. I did, however have a couple realizations today that I will work to retain and learn from.
Now away from my wallowing.
