"It's been a week from today..."

There is a lot I'm still not used to, but I'm slowly getting along with the others.

(No, really, I was worried at first, but...)

"It seems like I'll be able to get by..."

"Hmn?"

Hearing the sound of someone running around in the hallway, I open my room door. And there, running around in a flurry, is Miyoko.

"Mina!"

"What's the matter, Miyoko? You look busy...is there anything I can do to help?"

"N-no! It's alright! I'm fine!"

"Mina, w-well...W-why don't you take a nap or something?"

"A nap? It's already evening..."

There is something weird in her movement.

"So...What are you holding behind you?"

"Huh? N-nothing!"

"You're hiding something behind your back, aren't you?"

"Th-this is, well...um."

Just as I suspected, something is going on.

"Miyoko, what are you up to?"

"N-nothing!"

"Mina."

Just as I attempt to scrutinize Miyoko further, Raika appears.

"I have a small favour to ask you."

"Um...yes, what is it?"

"The lid of the entrance mailbox is coming off, can you fix it?"

"Mailbox, I think I can."

"W-well, I guess you should hurry along then!"

"Off you go, quickly, quickly!" bugged Miyoko

"Fine..."

"The tools are next to the entrance." Said Raika.

"Got it."

"Hehe, thanks."

(I'm curious what with her suspicious behaviour I wonder what Miyoko is hiding, but, oh well.)

With no other choice, I turn my back to Miyoko.

"Thank you Raika, he almost found out."

"Hehe, close call."

"Huh? Did you guys say something?"

"No, nothing! Goodluck with the repairs."

Few minute later.

"Alright, I guess that's it."

Having finished repairing the mailbox, I step back into, the Famille'.

"Huh?"

"It's...strangely quiet..."

Leaving the tools by the entrance, I cross the hallway. And then, as I attempt to step into the living room.

Suddenly...

"Got you!"

Miyoko suddenly grabbed me for some reason.

"W-What?"

"Target secured!" she added

While Raika is waiting in the living room entrance she said.
