Book 2 Air - chapter one: "Kyoshi warriors"

julia wakes up in her bed)
Julia: wait what was it al a dream

(Firelord knocks on the door)
Julia: come in!
Firelord: hey how are you?
Julia: I'm good I had a weird dream: you were locked up in a secret bunker and I and some airbenders had to come safe you and when a equalist was about to kill you I got into the avatar state and couldn't control it.

Firelord: that was not a joke, that really happened you fainted afterwards I carried you to my ship and we sailed of with a few airbenders and their sky bison on it.

Julia: what I fainted for how long?
Firelord: you were out for a whole day I was worried you were injured so I stayed with u for a few hours and eventually I could hear your spirit saying "fine I need some rest"

Julia: you spoke with ravaa?

Firelord: sort of its difficult but take some rest get dressed we are going somewhere special

Julia: where?
Firelord: that is a suprise

(leaves the room)
Julia: ravaa could he hear you, were you talking to him while i was out?

Ravaa: its difficult to explain but he is very spiritual so he knows allot about spirits

(1 hour later)

(Julia walks up to the firelord who is standing on the deck)

Firelord: you are here just in time
Julia: for what?
Firelord: look over there
Julia: is that kyoshi island?
Firelord: yes some of the best warriors that exist and its homeland of avatar kyoshi
Julia: avatar kyoshi i did read about her she lived for more then 200 years
Firelord: yes still a mystery to me, but I heard the Kyoshi warriors are the kindest warriors existing, to people their training is touch

(They get into the drop place and are being greeted by a Kyoshi warrior)

Kyoshi Leiden: welcome to Kyoshi Island, my name is Jessica. It is a honor to meet you avatar Julia and firelord

Julia: thank you what are the plans?
Firelord: plans? We are just exploring here i talked about the fighting lesson if you were interested we can take look explore and most important I need to buy more food we are running quite low

Jessica: Avatar Julia do you wanna come and practice with us?

Julia: sure but I'm not that good
Jessica: that's why it's called practice

Firelord: while you go train me and my guards are going in town we need other clothing or we send a wrong signal

Julia: alright then we will see you later!

(Jessica and Julia enter the training facility)
Jessica: girls this is the Ava...
Julia: Julia, Hi I'm Julia
(Julia whispers to Jessica: I don't like the special attention or thinking)
Jessica: understandable

(1 hour later after the training, Julia walked up to one of the kyoshi warriors)

Julia: hai there
Kyoshi warrior: hi
Julia: sorry to bother you but I wanted to say I love your hair it's so pretty
Kyoshi warrior: thank you, you are Julia right?
Julia: yes just Julia
Kyoshi warrior: just Julia? Well my name is Lelia how did you like the training?
Julia: difficult I'm kinda clumsy but I noticed you know how to chi-block
Lelia: yes I'm the only one who knows that because no one wants to learn it they say it's the power of the enemy.
Julia: well using it against them is also a good thing.
(Awkward silence)
Julia: so you wanna hang out afterwards I really wanna know how you do your hair like that
Lelia: uhm yes sounds fun

(Julia and Lelia go to the forest left side of the island)
Julia: why are we going here?
Lelia: no one is here no one can interrupt and you have something to explain
Julia: I don't know what you mean?
Lelia: you are the avatar silly
Julia: wait what how do you know?
Lelia: I saw you arrive in that huge ship with the firelord I heard on the radio like a month ago the firelord announcement
Julia: oh right, I forgot
Lelia: relax I want go crazy let's just enjoy
Julia: great that sounds amazing

(Lelia and Julia are talking all day telling tales of history)
Lelia: so where are you going after Kyoshi Island?

Julia: we are going to the southern airtemple I have to learn airbending first

Lelia: lucky! I love traveling but never been there it's so high wish I could go with you

Julia: well maybe you can

Lelia: wait what?

Julia: I feel like I can really trust you and you know chi-blocking and you are a talented fighter I would love to have a friend who is a girl on the trip, the firelord is great but I can't have girly talks with him.

Lelia: haha it's okay now we can prank him a bit, but do you think he will agree he doesn't even know me

Julia: I don't think he really bothers offcourse there are probably some requirements, alright I'll go talk to him okay

(Julia goes to the firelord. He and the guards are at a shop)
Guard: hey lord why is sand called sand?
Firelord: why?
Guard: because it is between the Sea and the lAND.
Firelord: that's just.. I'm speechless

(They all laugh)
Julia: hey uhm can I ask you something?
Firelord: hey Julia offcourse

Julia: well is it a problem if someone wants to come along with us?

Firelord: hmmm depends.. but like your previous life's their has been a team avatar so if you feel like this person is a good addition, but I still want to meet her or him

Julia: it's a her, come on I want you to meet her

(Julia grabs him at the wrist and pulls him with her of excitement)

Firelord: calm down (he says laughing)

(They reach Lelia's she is reading a book outside of the training facility)

Julia: Lelia this is the firelord
Lelia: hi.. it's a honor to meet you
Firelord: the honor is for me. Julia asked me if you could join our travel
Lelia: oh yes
Firelord: and I wanted to know who you were tell me something about you
Lelia: well I love traveling and I can chi-block
Firelord: you can chi-block?
Lelia: yes
Matthijs: show me
Lelia: okay

(Lelia chi-blocks the fire lord and he tries to bend but it doesn't work)

Firelord: fascinating how long does this work
Lelia: 5 minutes I punched soft
Firelord: right.. well avatar Aang, Korra and Genji had a group of people and called them self team avatar and more people have more fighting change against the equalist so I'm gonna say you can go if you want

Lelia: really! That's awesome I'm going to get my stuff, what do I need actually?

Firelord: whatever you need, we have room on the ship but you need your own stuff

Julia: I'll help let's go

(Julia grabs Lelia at the wrist and they run to Lelia's home, the firelord stands on the shore with some guards)

Firelord: well guys this day has been great just being a regular guy is fun sometimes what do you think Jackson

Guard Jackson: yes but I heard we have someone we joins your team?

Firelord: yes she looks nice we will see what happens

Jackson: I know that team avatar of avatar aang is called the Gaang and for Korra the Krew you get it: gAANG, Krew.

Firelord: yes good one we need one for this team to if this keeps up. Well men let's go!

(The end is Lelia standing on deck staring at Kyoshi Island with a big smile)
