Narrator: Its 3:04am a young female wolf is currently screaming in pain as she's trying to give birth in the emergency room
Nurse 1: she's in a lot of pain doctor should we increase the dosage?
Doctor: no not yet, it make harm the pup. Your doing great ma'am just deep breaths and push
The young female wolf listen to the doctor and take deep breaths and pushs again, clutching the hand of a young Male wolf.
Wolf male: your doing great baby, just a little more
Nurse 2: Theres a lot of blood she's losing doctor.
The doctor stayed quiet as the head of a pup slowly came out, more and more of the pup body slowly came out more and more and finally the room filled with crying of a pup being born.
Doctor: congratulations it's a boy
The male wolf looked at him and his filled with despair and anger as he cut the umbilical cord. The doctor looked at him and shook his head knowing what the young wolf was thinking. The nurses was clapping and saying congratulations knowing what's going on trying not to show signs of unease the the young female wolf, 2 of the nurses took the pup to go clean him up the male wolf followed them out but didn't follow the nurses. The doctor cleaned up the young wolf and called more nurses to bring her to her room on a new bed. After 20 mins the mother was United with her pup in her room feed him, the male wolf was no where to be found.
A week later
Female wolf: And here we are my little snuggly pup your new home, I cant wait to see you grow up so big and strong
The female wolf see her boyfriend sitting on the couch playing his game
Female wolf: Where the fuck have you been Mark!?! So just gonna leave me with the baby and disappear like that?
Mark: Hop off my dick and go hop on someone else's like you already did you slut, you fucking know that's not my fucking child and you fucking hid it from me for 9 month Ashley. I ain't taking care of the fucking child.
Ashley was silent for a moment and started retaliating toward mark the 2 of them went back and forth yelling at each other until the pup started crying

Ashley: fuck you and go die. And his name is Omega
She picks up omega and start feeding him.
The arguing and yelling continued for 4 years before mark left leaving Ashley and young omega for themselves after 3 years of struggling Ashley had enough she abandoned omega in a alleyway and then later found dead in the house.. Omega was alone and this is where his story begins
