I sat in the brief room, in the same chair I always sat in, every single mission I had ever been on with HYDRA was briefed to me in this room. The walls were completely made of glass, everyone being able to see in, to match the large table in the middle of the room, many black chairs around the table top, even though more than two were never used at the same time.

A brown file sat in front of me, AGENT 1 scrawled on the front with black ink. I grabbed it and quickly opened it leaning forward in my chair, looking at the page that would be in my fake file in the US government.

Agent Allison Cooper, Strategic Scientific Reserve.

My new alias was always something that excited me, though I didn't like to admit it, it did just a little, a whole new life for me to lead for a while. I was issued to help out Howard Stark, before helping Erskine and another Agent with training and choosing a soldier for the serum. This wasn't considered a difficult mission, as I was just a spy but it was a location mission, which was quite a big deal.

How advanced could this serum even be? Could it be different do the one I have pumping through my veins? I scoffed quietly to myself, I could beat them in a fight easily. There wasn't much to read in the file, just some backstory to my character that I never really paid much attention to, I never stuck around long enough to tell anyone anyway.

"Agent Cooper, it's nice to finally meet you" Colonel Philips said as I climbed out of a green vehicle that had just pulled up onto a military base. My dark brown hair was pulled back in a braided updo, and a dark green military skirt hugging my hips."If you leave your luggage in the car it will be taken to your barracks" He continued as I stood in front of him, his mouth in a constant frown.

"It's a pleasure to be here Sir" I said as I lifted my hand to salute him. He nodded his head at me in acknowledgment as I dropped my hand back by the side, brushing the back of my skirt gently. "I will take you to see Mr. Stark right now, the new recruits aren't coming in till next week, I'm sure Dr Erskine is taking you with him to a recruitment centre in Brooklyn, in the mean time" he started explaining my duties.

He began walking, and I took that as a sign to follow him, the stones crunching underneath my black brogues. I looked around, green tents mixed with brick buildings making this base work at full capacity, soldiers and workers in matching uniforms making their way to and from places.

"And what will happen after that, sir?" I asked as I walked slightly slower than him making sure to stay behind him by a little. "You'll assist Agent Carter on training, she is the supervisor of operations for this division" he stated, leading me towards an extremely large tent, that had many people filing in and out of it.

"And one of those recruits will be the test subject?" I asked hesitantly, trying not to pry for to much information, knowing that it was better to ask less questions so that he barley knew he was answering them.
