I was walking to my cabin silently side by side with Percy "You don't have to do it" Percy says "I know but want to" "Why?" "I want to prove I'm father's "prized daughter" for a reason not just because I'm pretty and I want to prove you innocent Perc" "Thanks" "Hey we're friends right" I ask "Well yes but you don't have to risk your life" he insists "Yeah I do thats what friends are for" "Dying for each other?" "Ts what demi-god friends do I'll be fine." I insist "So Victoria if i heal in water do you heal in sunlight" he asks "Yes so I do not want to get injured at night" I answer "Now go pack" i say when we reach my cabin he nods an jogs away.

"Why weren't you at breakfast?" Terra asks checking to make sure I'm not hurt "Terra, Terra, Terra! I'm fine! But I need to talk to you guys..." I say but when I was going to tell them the horn signaled for us to meet. "Tell us after this" Terra instruncts "C'mon out the door people" Terra demands ushering us each out the door. I frown realizing what they're going to announce. I take my seat at the Apollo table. Humming the song I sang for my father. "Children we have a new mission to prove Percy Jackson is not the lightning theif" Chiron announces everyone burst into whispers about it "We have 3 volunteers to go on this mission with Percy Jackson" he continues when the whispers die down "When I call you please come up wit Mr. Jackson." he says "Grover Underwood Satyr, Annabeth Chase Daughter of Athena and Victoria Taylor Prized Daughter of Apollo" everyone gasped at the last name I rolled my eyes at my title and came up. My siblings were watching hurt and worry in their sky blue eyes. Chiron dismissed us to pack and at dinner they would send us off. I run to my cabin and pack as quickly as I can. My siblings didn't come which suprised me.

I stood on the hill as my siblings embraced me in one big hug. They diparted to say seperate goodbyes. "Your gonna come back right Vicky" Baby Masey asks "Of course I am Baby Masey" I answer tears building up as I pick him up "And your gonna prove Percy innocent." he asks "Yes I am" "And your gonna be Percy's girlfriend right" he asks "I dunno kiddo" I answer putting him down to go say goodbye to Percy "Vicky!!!" The twins cry together tears falling down their cheeks "Jamie Sadie don't cry I'll be back" I say hugging them close to me stroking their long golden hair "But you'll be gone and we love you!!" they cry together "I know you guys but only for twelve days" I answer "Twelve! I thought it was 10" they cry "Well it can take 2 days to get back" I respond "I'm gonna miss you Vicky" Alyssa says hugging me "I'll be back" I answer "I know you will your Victoria Taylor Prized Daughter Of Apollo" she assures I nod "I'm gonna miss you Vicky who's gonna braid my hair in the morning" Kayla asks "I'll ask Terra to do it' I say "She won't do it the same as you" she whines I hug her and send her off "This is a big thing Vicky" James says hugging me James was rather serious for a 12 year old he did raise Mason until they were discovered by a recruiter "I know James" I answer into his golden hair "I'll miss you" he says "I know you'll be fine" Terra says looking into my eyes her motherly act was there in her eyes. Most of us may be teens but Terra is like a mother always making sure we're ok and healed if we're injured that we stay in line and don't kill each other in small arguements. "Thank-you Terra" I say hugging her. I've made it this far without tears but now it's down to my bestfriend Zander and Brendon "I'm gonna miss you little sister" Zander says his voice muffled into my hair "I'm gonna miss you Zander" I cry "Hey hey you'll be back" he assures "I know but for the past month I've never spent a day without you guys" I cry "But you'll have Percy and Grover" he reminds me I nod as he hands me to Brendon. He bent over meet my eyes since he's rather tall he dried the tears off my face and mved a lock of hair behind my ear "Now Vicky don't die" he jokes I nod "and you'll be in motels with Percy so don't do anyrhing you'll regret" he teases "I won't" "We got you something" he says he digs out a picture of all of us our bows and rrows up and pointed at the camera "It's time to go Victoria" Annabeth calls from the car "Good luck Vicky" Brendon calls tears in his eyes I get in the car and press my face against the window and I watch camp half blood fade in the distance "Goodbye Brendon" I whisper
