How often we
Wish
For another chance
To make a fresh
Beginning.
A chance to blot
Our mistakes
And
Change failure
Into winning.
It does not
Take a special time
To make a
Brand new start,
It's only takes
The deep
Desire
To try with all
Our heart.
To live a better life,
To always
Be forgiving,
To add a little
Sunshine,
In the world for in
Which we are
Living.
Never give up
In despair.
Nor think you are though
For there always
A tomorrow.
A chance to start
A new.
If you want to
Get the most
From life,
You must put something
In it,
And strive to
Help your fellow friend.
Each day, each hour,
Each minute.
An act of
Kindness done by you
Can cheer a
heart that's sad.
And when you cause
Someone
To smile,
It makes your own
Heart glad.
Be friendly with
All
And extend a helping
Hand.
Each of them
Will grasp it in a
Way you'll understand.
Then as you travel
Down lives road,
And round
The distance bend,
There will
Be a host of people
Who will say,
"There goes my friend"
