Both Lilly and Ally can tell you it had been hard. It was one of the hardest things both had been through and while Lilly did not have the full support — or any support of her parents, Ally's parents supported her wholeheartedly which made everything easier to deal with.

Of course, at school things were different. There were whispers, sneers, malicious remarks but both girls took it with thick skin, happy to be with each other openly.

They got through high school and remained together, choosing to go the same college together with an LGBT club which they immediately joined.

Everything was going perfect and they both got the love they deserved.

a/n whew! this has been a crazy journey and when i first started writing CURLS, i didn't think of the tremendous support i would get from this story. i mean, of course there have been some negative comments here and there but the positive ones outweighed those <3, i was going to make a longer epilogue but i honestly don't think it was needed, they got there happy ending. that's all that matters!
