Hide's POV:
Kaneki leans in towards me, his lips slowly touching mine. I hesitate for a second, purely out of shock. My face burning up into a crimson red, then close my eyes, holding both of his hands embracing the moment. We both pull away. "Kaneki..." I sigh, he moves away, "I-I'm so sorry..!" Kaneki stuttered, I grab his shirt and pull him in, giving him another kiss.
I stroke Kaneki's cheek, as he looks me in the eyes, us both smiling. "Hide I.... I have to tell you something really personal..." Kaneki's expression changes. I tilt me head "Kaneki you know you can tell me anything" I give him a gentle smile, Kaneki's cheek lifting a little "I...." Kaneki's head shoots down, "I'm gay." Kaneki grips onto his thighs, I place my hands on his, rubbing them with my thumb "Kaneki I know, now stop being so awkward" I smile at him, his head slowly lifting to face me. His eyes tear up, he starts sobbing and throws himself at me, hugging me tightly. I laugh slightly and rub his back "god you crybaby.." I sigh, feeling his grip get stronger.
Kaneki's POV:
I can't believe I just told him that... It feels so good to finally get it off my chest and tell him... all that's left is to ask him... but I'm too scared... maybe I'll give it time, try to figure out how he feels about me. Then when gain the confidence to ask him I'll do it...! Hopefully he doesn't reject me... but why would he? He wouldn't I just know it...
