Hi people sry this isn't a chap.. but this Article 13 has got my attention. Article 13 is trying to ban all fan fiction based things- writing, videos, pics-from websites-Wattpad,YouTube,Tumblr, and ect.- in the EU (Europe Union)

I may not live in the EU but I don't think this should be passed.
If this pass, this may not just effect Europe, but World Wide. There are many people who have a Fan Fic. Thing they love.
