Chapter 12

Y/N's P.O.V.

"Come on!" I smiled as I ran towards the pool in my F/C colored bikini. "Yea,Yea, coming!" Ein ran towards the pool with me. I jumped first and splashed him signalling to jump too.. He grinned and jumped.. It made a big splash... luckily I closed my eyes before the water gets into it..

We both giggled and played in the pool.. Michael gave us a week of free time.. 'Yay..' that's a reaction to every little girl you would encounter.. Well, I didn't care about the free time because I did't even know much about this world..

Anyways, I don't know how to swim.. So, I sunk in the poool.. I didn't react to it because I didn't feel anything.. How am I not drowning?

Ein here.. swam down to save me.. We both reached the surface and I didn't feel tortured.. Ein breathed heavily.. "Are you okay?" he said as his grip tightened on my waist. "Yea...." I said ..

"Well, you should've told me you don't know how to swim..Here... let me teach you.." He said as he swam going to the side of the pool.. I looked at his eyes.. it was full of emotions.

We hanged out to wherever is free because we don't have money.. We are damned broke and Michael didn't gave us any..
We just swam, walk around the resort and watch enterntainers..

Ein here, is acting a little strange.. Sometimes, he would pause on what he was saying then just snap back and change the topic..
It's like he's hiding something from me... I just tried my best to ignore the fact he is, but I couldn't..

Today, we are taking a stroll around Starlight. We've been walking in awkward silence ever since our last convo about me. I looked at his face.. He seems kind of sad.. I tapped on his shoulder and he looked at me..

He suddenly change his expression when he looked at me.. He is definitely hiding something. "Hey.." he hummed in response. "Are you hiding something from me?" I asked as he widened his eyes to the ending part..

He seems shocked but that expression change.."Nah. Not really.. Its just that you won't remember about me and some things in the past.. It's just.. bothering me y'know?" he scratched his head to the ending part of his sentence...

Well, I'm sorry for not remembering it.. It's just that.. I can't remember . I smiled and held his hand and tried to comfort him.. "I'll try my best to remember it." He stopped on his tracks and I did the same..

He suddenly pulled me with a lot of force towards him.. Then he buried his hand on my shoulder and wrapped his hands around me.. "I hope you can do that for me.." he said in a trembling voice.. Is he crying? I just made that guess and hugged him back.. "Lets just hope that a miracle would made it happen."

He sniffed "Yea.." We hugged for sometime and I tried to comfort him the best I can.. He held back his tears ... he isn't a crybaby anymore.. I feel a little relieved there..

I've always thought on why he was crying.. Did I trigger something everytime we make a conversation? Am I the reason he always cried? Did I do something wrong? The thoughts flowed in my head all the time when I saw him cry..

It's just that he only cried when I'm at his side and like we are in a middle of a conversation. It's just bothering me a bit.. I don't want to ask him such a sensitive question.. It might make him cry again...

Such a crybaby shutup you brat. I widened my eyes and looked around.. No one said that.. I must've been hearing things because maybe I always talk to myself. I just ignore those things I heard and comfort him..

As we were strolling around, Ein stopped and looked at his back.. I did the same.. The guy was tall as Ein and he had a blindfold on.. Its just like a mask convering his eyes.. His face was furious and I can tell that he was mad. "E-EIN!!" He tried to go for a punch and I tried to stop him from doing so..

"Stop!! Please. I beg you." I said as he looked at me.. " You shitass.. you've got some nerves to beg at me after you beated me up fataly.." He said in a cold and monotous tone.. "Y/N.. stay away from him.. He's dangerous.. " Ein said as I quickly went near him and hid at his back..

"Don't hurt her.. she had enough already. " the guy smirked "As if I'll let that go." He ran towards us.. my instincts told me to kick and so I did.. I bended my body to the side and raised my leg with force to the direction on where he was running.. I kicked him to the side when I had the perfect angle to move it.

I placed my leg down to the ground and I buried my head at Ein's back.. "That was scary.." I murmured.. "Come on, we have to go." I nodded and followed him back to the hotel..

Its just the first day.. and alot of things happened.. What did I do? The blindfolded guy said I beated him up.. and I don't think I'm that kind of person though..

Well, night is falling so we returned to our apartment and did things.. I asked too many questions for a day.. I wanted to ask him about something..

Its just asking always asking .. Y/N don't you have something better to do?!? I slapped my cheeks and went to the bed.. I slowly feel asleep..

Ein's P.O.V.

Y/N jumped on the bed and slept.. I smirked and turned the lights off.. She's clearly a different girl that I knew. I went to the couch and placed a blanket on top of me as I try to sleep but I couldn't I stared at the dark ceiling as I recall my past memories..

The good and boring ones to be exact.. Its sad that I don't see Y/N smile the way she used to ..It bothers me alot.. A different Y/N..

I made a small smile and slept with some memories.. I promised to help you when you said we would experience memory loss...

"Hey.. whats amnesia?" the little girl asked beside me.. "Its like a temporary memory loss!" I replied. "That's scary.." she said as I looked at her.. "Then, I Ein will serve your memories back.." I bowed at her like a butler. "P-promise?" I looked up to her and smiled. "Promise!" I placed my pinky out as she did the same..

I guess.. this is amnesia right? I closed my eyes slowly as I attempted to sleep again..
