Chapter 22

Rob's POV

I sit with Katy on the couch as we cuddle.

I look down at her, watching her features.

Not believing she's mine again, I kiss her head as I hold her.

A small smile appears on her face and my heart immediately warms.

She's just so pure and beautiful I can't take my eyes off of her.

I'm truly the luckiest man out there for having her.

For having the opportunity to wake up every morning next to her.

Seeing her breathtaking smile.

And being a father to her child.

She looks up at me and pulls me into a kiss.

Smiling, I deepen it as I hold her hips.

"All mine." I say happily into the kiss.

"Tell it to Olly." She giggles as we hear small footsteps running down the stairs.

I pull away from the kiss as there's a loud noise and Olly's scream.

"Olly!" Katy shouts and runs towards the staircase.

I follow her and there he is laying on the floor as blood runs down his forehead.

I quickly grab my phone to call for the ambulance.

Katy falls down to her knees and holds him in her arms.

She cries, hugging him tightly as he's unconscious.

I come to her and hold them both.

"Everything will be okay." I say softly as the paramedics run in and take him to the ambulance.

I help Katy into the car and I drive to the hospital.

She grabs my hand and pulls me inside as she keeps crying.

I hug her tightly as we stand in the waiting room.

"He's just as strong as you are Katy." I say softly, stroking her hair.

She sobs into my shirt, gripping it tightly.

I look up as I see the doctor.
