It's hard to pretend
I'm happy
And I'm scared that
Someone
Might ask,
"How are you doing?"
It's becoming
Harder day by day.
It is becoming
Quite a pain.
It's hard when I
Forget to
Laugh
And I'm alarmed that
Someone might see.
I hope, no one
Saw my face
As I struggle
To remember how to
Breath.
It's hard to hold back
My Tears when
I'm outside
And I'm freaking out
That they
May fall.
I wish,
No one saw my red
Eyes as I
Battle within to
Keep them where they are.
It's hard to cry
Alone
As I have no one
To calm me down.
I pray, no
One listen to my
Weep
As it's night and
Everyone is asleep...
