I bought them all drinks to make a good first impression, and as I ordered ten of the same coffee, I started worrying that maybe one of them didn't like coffee, or not this particular type. It was already too late, however, since I had already ordered them and was now trying to juggle one in my left hand and nine in the other. I didn't want to accidentally give someone the one that I had sipped out of.

That's when I realized that I wouldn't be able to open my car door without setting down the drinks. With a reluctant sigh, I set the containers onto the hood of the car, unlocking and opening the door, and then I put them into the car, almost dropping one of the containers.

Thirty minutes later, and a slight detour due to traffic, I made it to the school. Yet again I started questioning how I was going to get into the place, since both my hands were full to the extent of struggle, and I was scared that if someone bumped me, I'd be screwed.

I wasn't worrying long, though, because from behind I heard a voice ask if I needed any help, and I almost said no because he sounded so... Unenthusiastic. Or maybe that was just the way he talked, because when he asked me that terrifying question yesterday he had that exact tone. Either way, I said yes, and he took a container of coffee from me. "I see you're trying hard to make good impressions." He stated as we neared the door. I nodded. "Of course, I've got to convince them that I can be helpful."

"Why would we assume that you're not? Obviously some of us don't think so, since you got hired."

"Well- I just thought that... Uh..." I realized that what I was thinking would come off super offensive to heroes. I had thought that I needed to prove that I could be helpful without a quirk, yet, I'm starting to get the feeling that he didn't assume that, based on the frown on his face.

"You thought that we would underestimate you? The first thing you'll learn at this place is to never underestimate anyone."

He was about to say something else, when a blonde turned the corner, a wide, cocky grin on his face. "OH! It's the new secretary! What was your name again? You brought coffee? How sweet... I see you met Shota already, and I'm Hizashi- Though I bet you already know who I am."

I was taken back by his super-excited personality, and it took me a minute to figure out what to say back. "...Nice to meet you, I'm (Y/N) (L/N) and I hope that (insert coffee type) is okay for you."

He made an excited face and his grin widened. "Excuse me, but that's the best kind there is, right Shota?"

"Actually, I like black coffe-"

"See! We both like (insert coffee type)! Anyways, I'm gonna go tell the teachers you got coffee!"

Shota rolled his eyes, and I grinned. "He's a bit intense, isn't he?" I asked, glancing behind my shoulder to see that he was basically sprinting down the halls. "Sorry I didn't get the right type for everybody."

"I don't really care."

Finally, we made it to the teacher's room, where a few of them were already lounging about. At our entrance, they glanced up, and were happy to see the cups we had brought. I carefully set my drink and the container on the table, then handed the cups to the teachers already present. The rest I left there on the table. I turned to grab my drink only to find it missing. "Um, I think someone took my coffee..." I muttered, and turned to the only person who could've taken it. It was too late, though, since he was already taking a sip from it. Shota glanced at me, and then at the coffee in his hand.

"Oh. Guess your going to have to get a new cup, then." He said, taking another sip as he turned to leave the lounge area. I was surprised he didn't throw it away. Maybe he just really wanted the coffee. I shrugged and grabbed a new cup off of the table, waving to the teachers, and then heading down to the main office where I would be most of the day.

A few minutes after the tardy bell rang, a young looking kid with messy green hair came running into the office. "I cannot believe I'm late again, Mrs.--- Oh. You're not Mrs. (Insert secretary sounding name)..."

"No, I'm her replacement, Ms. (L/N). I'll need to make you a tardy pass, hold on a moment."

"Ugh... Aizawa's going to give me a lecture if I keep being late."

"Well then, boy, I suggest you start getting to school earlier." I said simply, but politely as I scribbled down a note.

"I can't!"

"Why is that?"

"Cause I'm always training with- I mean that I'm always training."

"An education should be more important than training. Why don't you check your priorities, and, maybe start training after school?"

"Because the only time my... Coach... Is free is in the morning!"

"Hmm... That's a tough one, then. Should you change your coach?"

He stared at me like I'd shot him. "No way! He is the best trainer there is and I could never replace him. He's the reason I'm here..."

"I'm sure it would be your amazing quirk that got you here, not a coach. These teachers here at UA are trained to see potential."

The boy shook his head, but didn't say anything after that. I got a strange feeling about him, but just couldn't pin my finger on it. I sent him off to class with a note, and told him not to be late again.

Pretty soon the day was over. But since I was secretary, I had to stay at the school until all the clubs and activities were done. Seeing as I wasn't really needed at the moment, I put some earbuds in and listened to music on the computer.

Four songs in, I was starting to dance in my chair, lip-syncing  with the music.

"Maybe you should keep your attention on your job. If I could sneak behind you, imagine how easy it would be for villains to attack the building."

(A/N): Yo, that was really fun to write. Anyways, remember to (politely) tell me if I spell something wrong or get any misinformation. Thanks!
