It all Started with One Snowflake

Edrick's Pov
I walked around the corner and leaned on the door frame as I watched Evangeline dance around the room using her powers to put up decorations.

I pushed myself off of the door and wrapped my arms around her waist lifting her up into the air.

"Edrick! Put me down you big goof!" she giggled making me smile.

"Hm. If you want me to" I say as i lay her down on the floor and start to tickled her sides making her drop all the decorations.

"E-Edrick! S-Stop that! That ti-ckles!" she screamed while thrashing around the floor trying to get away from me. She shifted and ran around the room and then outside into the snow her wolf disappearing.

"Ok then" I chuckled and shifted running after her. As I ran after her I watched as her wolf pounced from out of the snow and back in.

It went on for hours until we found ourselves at the top of a mountain. We both stopped both our wolves out of breath.

I watched her sit down and look into the distance. I smiled and walked over and sat next to her as she snuggled her head against my neck resting it there.

The full moon that was surrounded by snowflakes was beautiful. I looked at it then at Evangeline. Her eyes were closed. She's probably imagining the full moon. I licked her ear while it twitched and her eyes opened as she looked my way.

I smiled and lifted my head up and let a howl up as she did the same. Other wolves started to howl and before we knew it. It was Christmas.
