LIANA had never been drunk before but as she sat in the kitchens beside Grey she was certainly intoxicated.

Unfortunately, by the time Grey had turned up Liana had already drunk half her body weight in alcohol and there was no going back. She clutched a bottle of fire whiskey to her chest and cradled it carefully as she nestled into Grey's shoulder, her eyes wide and glassy as she spoke.

"Me and Harry had only just made up and now we had another fight and I don't know what to do this time," pouted Liana with a loud sniff, followed by another swig of fire whiskey.

Grey sighed as he took in the mess his sister was in, he contemplated trying to wrestle the fire whiskey out of her hands but quickly decided against it as Liana began to cry once again that evening.

"Hey, hey little lion," Grey tried to sound as kind as possible as he rocked his little sister in his arms rather awkwardly.

"Dobby do you think you could get Liana a large glass of water? And maybe some bread too," Grey asked under breath to the eager elf.

"Oh yes sir! Dobby would be honoured," Dobby nodded so quickly his ears flapped and he bounced off to find something to sober up Liana as quickly as possible.

"What did you and Harry even fight about anyway?" Grey tried to soothe Liana as the poor fourteen year old wiped her tears on her mascara stained sleeves. Liana gave a mighty snort of self pity before continuing with her rant.

"I don't even know! I was just so upset and worried for him and after Mum and Leonard it's like I can't trust anyone to come back to me. If I can't actively protect them then I feel like they're in danger. And I tried to explain that to him but I don't think I did a very good job at it because he shouted at me and told me Mum left us because I'm selfish," Liana frowned as she tried to describe how she was drunkenly feeling as best as she could, stumbling over her words as they seemed to fall out her mouth. Grey just nodded.

"I think you and Harry need a bit of time apart from each other," Grey confessed, biting the inside of his cheek nervously. He hoped Liana wouldn't get even more upset at the prospect of staying away from the bespectacled boy she had spent the majority of one year with now. But luckily for him Liana only massaged her temple in reply and took one more sip of alcohol, coughing slightly at the burn as it flowed down her throat.

"Lets play a game Grey. I'll tell you a big secret if you answer my question," Liana perked up a little at the thought of changing the topic away from her misery.

"Alright then, what's the question?" asked Grey, laughing a little as his sister swayed in her seat, so painfully intoxicated now.

"Why do you want to become an animagi?"
