"Later ma." Terror spoke kissing the top of Hennessy's forehead before exiting the room. Over the past month, Terror and Hennessy had grown extremely close.
They would go out on'dates' together.
He became more affectionate towards her, even though they would mainly just kiss, since Hennessy hadn't let things get farther than that for the mere fact that she didn't want their relationship to be based off of sex, and she also wasn't 100 percent sure she was ready to fully give herself to him.
Sure she trusted Terror, but after his stunt after the club, she was afraid of him repeating his actions.
Aside from her relationship with Terror, she had recently started a new job at a local Sephora. She got it to not only be able to support herself, but also to be occupied during those lonely days in the house when Terror was at work.
She loved her job. The staff was welcoming, and the customers were kind. She had gotten hit on a few times by some of them, but she hadn't given them the time of day, since she was solely focused on one man.
It was 7 a.m so she decided to get ready for the day ahead. Her shift started at 9 and ended at 5 which gave her enough time to come home and prepare dinner for Terror and Kairi.
Once she had gotten ready for work, she hopped in the Jeep that Terror allowed her to use after the Bick incident. It was all white with red interior and a straight beauty.
She started the car and headed to her job, which was only 20 minutes away.
