those are the 5 main crystals of alchemy and can be combined by alchemy to make an alchemy stone which can be used one time to give the user whatever he or she wants. Each crystal has an element name, see below:
1. Red= fire
2. Green= nature
3. Blue= water
4. White= Light
5. Purple= dark
