Manik unlocked Arav's room and stepped in to only stand at his place

The whole room seemed as if a hurricane hit it

There were no things broken but all the things were tossed up here and there

'He is so like me' Manik thought entering the room and walked to the opposite side of the bed where his son sat on the floor resting his back to the bed just like him

He smiled and sat besides him slowly

As Arav felt Manik's presence he turned to face him

"What are you doing here? Jao yaha se! I told you na!" he yelled

"You won't use that tone on me Mister" Manik said strenly making Arav gulp the rest words of his sentence

He made a angry pout like Nandini does and turned his head to the other side

"Atleast have something like mother" Manik mummled to himself and lifted Arav making him sit on his lap as Arav refused to look at him

"Aab tell me what actually happened?" Manik asked him calmly making Arav looked at him wide eyes

"What?" Manik asked "I know you won't be angry for petty reasons" he said creasing Arav's hair

"So not us" he said as Arav just looked down

"Batao kya hua? Arya did something na" Manik asked him again combing his hair with his fingures as Arav played with Manik's shirts button

"Nothing" he said as Manik held his chin and make him look at himself

"Protecting your sister?" he asked and made a thinking face

"But you tho don't like her na?" he asked Arav making an innocent face

"Oh I don't" Arav tried to make his point

"She she" he looked for words

"Yes she is irritating and annoying" he said finally making Manik smile

"So she annoyed you hu?" he asked Arav

"Ya she said you love her more...." and he stopped biting his tounge knowing he just said the truth in the heat of moment

"Oh okay" Manik took a time after listening to those words

"Just forget what I said, forget it" Arav tried to ordered which came as a plead making Manik laugh

"Ya ya" he said wavying his hands to his son

"I forgot that" he added as Arav gave him a look

"So you both fought and you got angry" Manik said tactfully leaving the details as to not make Arav uncomfortable

"Yes" Arav said

"Tho itna gussa!" Manik said pointing his fingure round Arav's room gesturing the mess he did

"Haan tho" Arav said he was pissed now

"Mom says I am like you infact she says that you tho break things around when you are angry" Arav said as if defending

"Ok listen to me hmm" Manik said making Arav comfortable on his lap

"I get angry, you also get angry fine no issue ok" Manik said calmly

"But in all this years I have learnt a thing" he paused

"Anger hurts your loved ones" Manik said creasing his hairs

"Apne abhi bhar bola you don't like Arya tho usko bhi bura laga hoga na" he asked and Arav nodded yes

"Tho you will be happy if she is sad?" Manik said and he nodded No
