In English Jared got a text from Willa (who'd taken his number at the party) and showed it to Isaac with a smug smile. Isaac just smirked.
“You owe me now,” he said delightedly. “You have basically no choice but to be my BFF 5ever.”
Jared visibly shuddered.
“Never say that again dude. And I’m pretty sure this has shit-all to do with you and more to do with my” – he grinned – “extremely loveable personality.”
Isaac threw him a pointed look before saying sassily,
“Hate to break it to you J, but there’s only one guy with a loveable personality here, and it sure as hell ain’t you.”
