Chapter 22

Lisa POV

Rosie and I are on our way back to the dorms. I held her hands to make sure she'll be safe. My head's been filled with thoughts of Rosie possibly dating someone today and it's been consuming me.

"Chaeng-ah?" I ask her and she looks at me curiously. She waits for me to continue what I want to say.

"Uhm, this may be out of the blue but you're not dating anyone are you?"

"You think I'm dating someone?" she asks me with a hurt look on her face.

"W-well no but earlier Jisoo-unnie asked me about the possibility of you going out on a date today and uhm I don't think you are but I just want to be sure."

"Lisa, where would I even find the time to date someone? The only dates I go to are with you, Jennie-unnie, Jisoo-unnie, Alice, and my parents."

My hearts speeds up when she said dates with me but she quickly followed up with Jennie-unnie and the rest. I inwardly sigh in disappointment.

"Besides the closest version of a date I had was the one I spent with you. I remember we almost kissed then when you were trying to kiss my cheek to finish the unnies' list." she continues her speech while laughing and this time my heart was jumping for joy, she considered that the closest thing to a date.

"Chaeng-ah, I will take you out on a lot of dates then so that you won't even think of dating someone. You know while the whole dating ban is still active." I wink at her. Phew, that was an awesome excuse just to go on dates with her. 10 points for Lisa!

"Shiro, I don't wanna go out on dates with you." she gives a shakes of her head showing her dislike at what I said. I stomp my feet and give her a pout. I stopped walking and she got dragged because I refused to let go of her hand. She stops as well and looks back at me.

"But whyyyyy Rosie?"

"Aren't you Jennie-unnie's "man"? You should just go on dates with her then." she emphasizes the word man. She's being cute right now and I'm hoping that's because she's a bit jealous and not because she really prefers that I hang out with Jennie-unnie.

"Aniyo aniyo, that was just fan service you know. I won't leave here unless you agree that you'll go on dates with me."

"Fine but on one condition then."

"What is it?" I ask.

"You have to promise you won't fall in love with me." she winks at me and laughs. You're too late already Rosie, I'm already in love with you.

"You're copying Mandy Moore in A Walk to Remember! You drama queen."

"Oooooh, you remembered that. We watched that a long time ago back when we were trainees right?"

"We did. It's still one of my favorite movies though. I've only ever watched it once, it was when we watched a movie together for the first time and I still remember everything about the film. It was probably because you were the first one to ask me to watch a movie with you and even though we didn't understand each other that much back then when I wasn't good at Korean or English yet you still tried your best to talk to me and befriend me. I will consider it that you've already agreed at my proposal but I'll disregard the part were you were reenacting a scene in A Walk to Remember."

I'll never make that promise Park Chaeyoung, I'd rather be tortured than promise you I won't fall in love with you but I will promise you one thing though I will try my best to make you fall in love with me. I smile at that thought feeling very determined at my new found goal in life.

"Can I change my condition then before I agree? I want you to give me a piggyback ride. I've been running around trying to find you all over when they told me you suddenly left you know. I'm hungry and tireeeed Lisaaaa."
