Chapter 6

Lloyd struggled as the Oni dangled him a few feet in the air. "Let go!" He exclaimed as he tried to escape the Oni's grip. Lloyd began to use his powers and create a green orb in his hands. The Oni smirked and grabbed Lloyd's wrist. "Let Go of me!"

The Oni laughed darkly as two more Oni walked into the room, grabbed Garmadon, and dragged him away. "Obey, or he perishes." The Oni glared at Lloyd "Do you understand Hybrid."

"I understand..." Lloyd said

"Goo-"

"I understand that you're a dick!" He shouted as he kicked the Oni in the gut

The Oni growled angrily and tightened his grip on Lloyd's wrists, nearly crushing the Green Ninja's wrists. "You should think before you speak Hybrid." The Oni growled as Lloyd held back a pained whimper

"Let... Go!" He yelled

"Yell all you want Hybrid. I am The Omega. You cannot escape me."

"Then why did my grandfather escape you?"

The Omega growled once more. "You are a closer desendant to him then I thought." Lloyd struggled against the Oni's grip "Perhaps his power had been buried."

The Omega summoned what looked like purple shadows in his hand, pain seared through Lloyd. The teen screamed. "STOP!" He screamed in pain "STOP!" He tried to kick the Oni. Gold light shone around Lloyd

The Oni smirked at Lloyd's pain. "If your father had thought before bringing you here to stop us, this wouldn't be happening."

"My. F-Father didn't want me to come!" Lloyd shouted painfully "I'm just STUBBORN!" He exclaimed as he tried kicked The Omega in the gut once more

The Oni grabbed Lloyd's foot. "That sense of freedom needs to go." Omega smiled darkly as he twisted Lloyd's ankle, breaking the bone as he did. Lloyd screamed in pain. Gold light glimmered around Lloyd once again

"Lloyd!" A familiar voice yelled from the door as the light faded

Lloyd looked, and saw his friends and his father. "Guys?" He questioned before The Oni swung him against the wall knocking him out

Lloyd woke slowly and looked around. He wasn't sure if his eyes were still closed or not. He could see nothing. His hands were chained together in front of him. Suddenly he heard something hissing. "Please don't be what I think it is. Please don't be what I think it is. Please don't be what I think it is. Please don't be what I think it is." He felt a snake start slithering up his leg. "It's what I thought it was. It's what I thought it was. It's what I thought it was. It's what I thought it was. It's what I thought it was." Lloyd began to shake his leg, trying to get the snake off. "Please go away. Please go away. Please go away. Please go away. Please go away. Please go away." Lloyd, was slightly terrified. As he told his father. Snakes. They freak him out

"Lloyd!" A voice yelled "You need to wake up!"

"Nya?"

"Come on Lloyd! Wake up!" Another shouted

"Kai?"

"Jay, Cole, Zane hold him off just a little longer, I think he's waking up!" Yet another exclaimed

"Dad?" Slowly light began to shine dimly around Lloyd. "Nya? Kai? Dad?"

"He's waking up!"

Lloyd opened his eyes, for real this time. "Dad?"

"My son!" Garmadon hugged Lloyd. "You're eyes."

"What?"

"They're Gold..."

Nya and Kai sighed in relif. "We don't have time to find out what happened! We need to get out of here! Kai, help Lloyd run!" Nya exclaimed

The group ran, headed for the Bounty.

Lloyd hissed in pain was Nya wrapped his ankle. "Well, if you'd just stay still it wouldn't hurt so much." She rolled her eyes

"Sorry. I didn't ask for my ankle to be broken." Lloyd said sarcastically

"And I didn't ask for your sarcasm." Nya replied "And it's not broken."

"It's not?"

"Just sprained."

"But I felt it break..."

Lloyd laughed a little as Kai and Jay walked in. "Hey Lloyd."

"Hey, how's my dad?" Lloyd asked as he sat up

"Feeling terrible about attacking Ninjago again." Jay mumbled "And completely worried about you."

"Lloyd, you kept saying some weird stuff while you were uncounsious, what was happening?" Kai asked

"There was a snake." Lloyd replied "I don't like snakes..."

Kai nodded in understanding. "It's fine Lloyd, we all have things we're afraid of."

"But something weird happened..." Lloyd said "When he... When he was using his powers on me, it... It felt like my... My golden powers were returning..." Lloyd explained "But... That, that's impossible right?"

"We used to think a lot of things we're impossible Lloyd. We don't know." Kai said "We could ask Sensei or Your Dad..."

"If... If they are returning... What if the Oni try to use them against me? O-Or try to make me hurt you guys, o-or-"

"Lloyd." Kai placed a hand on Lloyd's shoulder "We all know there's no way they can make you do anything."
