L'a pov

I pulled her from the seat and out the doors of the restaurant. She rolled her eyes as I looked at her.

"It's not what it looks like L'a."

She mumbled. See I wasn't even that mad, she wasn't flirting with the nigga. I was just tryna figure out, why tf she was talking to him.

"Why you talking to yo ex man?"

She just looked at me.

"I only talk to him when he texts me first."

I shook my head. That's not even what I asked her. I'm tryna figure out, why tf she's texting her ex... I know for a fact if I was texting my ex, she'd swear I was cheating on her.

"That's not what I asked you though. I asked you, why are you talking to your ex?"

She rolled her eyes. That's when I really started to get pissed. She can't answer a simple question.

"Because, if I don't reply, he's just gonna keep texting me."

That don't even make sense.

"But, he still texting you anyways."

"Ok and? What, do you think I'm fucking him or something?"

She asked looking at me.

"Ian say that. I know he's in Texas. What I don't know is, why tf you're talking to him."

She just shrugged.

"You know what? Since you can't answer the question, just stop talking to him."

"So, you just want me to drop him?"

I looked at her like she was crazy.

"Umm, is that a problem?"

She looked back at me like she had seen a ghost.

"I can't just drop him! Wtf!"

I gave her the "nigga wtf" facial expression.

"Wym 'I can't just drop him'? Wtf is stopping you?"

She sighed and leaned against the wall.

"He did me wrong but, I can't just drop him like that. I still care about him, I still wanna know if he's doing ok."

I gave her a confused look.

"Ok, buttt you're not supposed to be talking to your ex..."

"It's not like I'm cheating on you. What's the big deal?"

I know this girl is not fucking serious. I threw my hands up in frustration.

"The big deal is that, you're still talking to your ex, AND YOU HAVE A NIGGA."

I raised my voice toward the end. This girl, she outta her mind.

"So?"
