Joffrey Is Suspicous

Amara's POV

I kissed Cersei once more before returning to Sansa's room . I knocked on the door but walked in anyway . Sansa then frowned at me .

"why Amara why ?"

"I don't know why , it just .... happened"

"Why her Amara ? She's the queen and Joffrey's mother"

"Do you not think I know that Sansa . I can't help who I love"

"YOU LOVE HER"

I remained silent as Sansa looked seething and said

"don't lie to me Amara I'm not as stupid as you think . However I have to go to Joffrey's stupid name day and so do you"

Sansa then left the room to wherever the spoilt King was . I sighed and got ready in a plain outfit as usual and went towards where everyone was crowded for Joffrey's name day .

Cersei nodded towards me and gestured for me to stand by her which I did

"have you recovered from last night yet ?"

I smirked towards Cersei . She smiled back at me but her face then dropped . I looked towards where she was looking and saw Joffrey glaring at us both .

He then turned away and began laughing at the knights attacking each other . I looked at the ground and whispered lowly so only Cersei could hear

"has he figured it out?" 

"I'm not sure"

She replied . I snapped my head up

"He's your son . Surely you should know how to read him by now"

"be quite Amara we will talk about this later"

I nodded . My attention then snapped to the drunken looking knight as I then heard Joffrey demand for the drunken lost looking soldier too be killed until Sansa intervened and made the guy into Joffrey's personal fool . At least he wasn't killed .

I then sat on a bench in the gardens reading my book until I was interupted

"Lady Amara"

The voice had a hint of malice and I instantly knew it was Joffrey . I tried not to curl my knows up in disgrace

"your grace"
I nodded

He ignored my acknowledgment and said

"my mother seems to care for you" 

Oh god what's he getting at

"what do you mean?"

"Do you think I'm a idiot?"

"No your grace ! Did I say that ?"

He glared at me a lowered his voice

"Don't get rude to me Stark . I will ask you again . Are you fucking my mother?"
