"ѕο? ωнєяє ωουℓ∂ γου like to go first?"

"Well... amusement park is a bit cliche, right?"

"Hmm? Not really. Why? Do you want to go there?"

"Nah. I want to get to know each other first."

"So... you wanna eat first?"

"...Yeah, actually."

"Okay, then. Is there any place you know?"

"Um... how about Pledis Café?"

"Good idea. Let's go."

When Soonyoung tried to reach Jihoon's hand, the smaller retracted his hand, looking at the taller in bewilderment.

"What do you think you're going?" Soonyoung had a confused look on and was looking left and right, looking back at Jihoon as if it was already obvious.

"Uh, holding your hand? Isn't that a soulmate thing to do?" Jihoon blushed and looked away  "The thing is... I'm still not used to this—uh... soulmate! Thingy..." Jihoon spoke in a low voice, shy as he dug his hands into his pockets, clenching them inside.

Soonyoung understood his gesture and just walked beside him. "Okay. I'll wait then." Jihoon smiled to himself as they entered the Pledis Café, hearing a small chime as they opened the wooden door.

They were immediately greeted with a delicious scent of newly baked breads and other types of cakes and coffee.

They found a table at the farthest corner of the cafe, just beside the floor-to-wall glass with the perfect lighting and just the perfect seat for the two.

Soonyoung told him to go ahead while he goes and order. "What would you like, anyway?"

"Just a caffe latte will do." Jihoon answered with a smile, pulling out his wallet when Soonyoung stopped him. "Just that? No desserts or anything else?"

"None. I'm good with coffee." Soonyoung nodded and watched as Jihoon opened his wallet and pulled out a cash but Soonyoung stopped him. Again.

"I'm paying."

"But—"

"You can pay me back if you ask me out on a date." Soonyoung booped his nose and giggled when Jihoon pouted. "But we are dating right now."

"Well, I asked you out. So I'm the one paying here. You can do the paying next time." Soonyoung pushed Jihoon's hand that was holding the money down and pulled out his own wallet, waving to Jihoon before going to order to the cashier who smiled at the new customer.

Jihoon sighed and put his money back and walked his way to their table. He sat alone and stared out the window, smiling as he felt content at the moment.

It was really a nice way to start a date. Going to a cafe and all. And Pledis Café really is the best place to settle for a while. Pledis Café was a nice place to just sit and relax a little.

It was a place of serenity and tranquility with the soft music playing along and just the perfect temperature to let a person have their peace and quiet.

It was a nice day in the said cafe. Only a few customers came in and out. Some dined it, like himself, and chattered to the person they are with or just simply reading a book or using their phone.

Jihoon also remembered that this was the place where Minghao and Junhui first met. He remembered they were only taking orders from people with a pad and a pen, smiling down to their customers when all of a sudden, they noticed that everyone were looking at one direction with a soft gasp or a hand covering their gaping mouths.

When Jihoon and Mingyu turned to that direction, both of them also gasped with the customers as they were met up with Minghao standing stiff, notepad and ball pen fallen off his hands as a foreign-looking hot stranger was holding his face, lips locking with Minghao's.

When they pulled away, Minghao was speechless, dazed with face turning scarlet while Junhui had a large and proud grin on his face as he turned to the crowd and announced: "I have finally met my soulmate, everybody! Hey! What's your name, pretty fella?" everyone in the vicinity had laughed and clapped, congratulating the new couple while Minghao tried to form words, stuttering and stammering and all.

It was really cute watching Minghao flustered every once in a while.

"Hey, Jihoon-ah. Fancy seeing you here." Jihoon snapped out of his thoughts and looked up, seeing the manager, Bumzu, smiling down at him. He smiled back. "Yeah... really fancy seeing me here."

Bumzu hummed and leaned on the wall, looking fondly at his employee. "What are you doing here, anyway?" Jihoon chuckled nervously and scratched his cheek with his index finger.

"Um... date?"

"Date? That's surprising to hear coming from you." Jihoon blushed, looking down on the table as he didn't know what to say next. He was pretty close with his manager like how he is with his roommates. His manager had been kind to him even when he started working here, at a time where he still didn't know Mingyu and Minghao which was years ago.

He told him secrets he's never said to others other than closed to him and Bumzu was also the one who helped him out at the time when his mother was gone. He was actually the one who owns the house they're currently living in, but decided to let Jihoon use it because he had nowhere else to go.

The house was also just a vacant one since he owns three in Seoul. He just puts his unneeded stuffs at the house and all. So when Bumzu decided to give him the house, Jihoon refused and said he wanted to work for it. So he decided to he let Jihoon work to the cafe to let them pay their rent and anything else that they'd need. He was happy for the thoughtful manager that he lets himself put down his walls whenever his around the older, letting his emotions out to the older because he really did trust him.

"I...I still haven't told you yet, did I?" Bumzu tilted his head with a bemused face. "Told me what?"

"That I found my... soulmate..." Bumzu gasped and looked at him happily. "Really? Who's she?"

"That would be me, sir." The two snapped their heads to the source of the sound to see Soonyoung standing just a few feet away from their table, finally walking over to them.

"Oh! A boy?" Bumzu looked over Jihoon, who was blushing intensely, then looked back at Soonyoung with a smile. He extended his hand. "Hi, I'm Bumzu. I'm the manager of Pledis Café. I hope you have a good time dining in."

Soonyoung took it cautiously and shook it, eyeing Bumzu with suspicion. "I'm Soonyoung." was all Soonyoung could say and Bumzu chuckled, pulling away and walking away.

"Well, I'll let you kids have your fun. Bye, Jihoon-ah!"

"Bye..."

When Soonyoung sat down across him, he looked at the younger curiously. "Who was that?" Jihoon looked back at his manager, who was speaking with the cashier and the cashier nodded.

"He's Bumzu. He practically raised when my mom died. He's like a father to me..." Soonyoung gaped at him and bit his lip as realization dawned to him. "I'm probably a little mean to him earlier." Jihoon raised an eyebrow.

"Why, though?"

"Because I was jealous." Soonyoung being straightforward was embarrassing and he looked away from Soonyoung, trying to hide his blush but it was already obvious Soonyoung saw because Soonyoung leaned in and reached for Jihoon's cheeks, holding them in his hands.

"You look very adorable, Hoonie." Jihoon pushed his hands away and crossed his arms over his chest. "You're embarrassing. Why am I even here?"

"Because you can't resist me. Naega Hosh." Jihoon couldn't contain the laugh anymore and covered his mouth, looking at Soonyoung who was covering his mouth with his hands, but his index finger was sticking out to his forehead, winking at Jihoon.

"You're an idiot."

"Your idiot."
