I woke up happy asf man. Me and L'a officially been together for a year. Today's our anniversary so the first thing I did was call him.

"Hello?"

I could tell I woke him up out his sleep. He sounded irritated and annoyed.

"Aww, did I wake you up baby?"

He groaned.

"Nah it's straight. But what's up?"

"Wym what's up?"

I asked confused.

"Like, what you calling me for?"

"I was just wondering what time you was coming here."

I heard a lot of shuffling in back ground then echoing. I guess he's in the bathroom now.

"I can't, I'm busy today."

"Wym you're busy? We are supposed to spend today with each other."

He stayed quiet for a minute.

"Can't we just pick another day? I got a plans for the day already."

"No we can't pick another day Leonard!"

He sucked his teeth.

"Wtf is so important about today why we can't pick another day man? I told you I'm busy.

I just shook my head. He would forget our anniversary...

"Today's our anniversary L'a."

I mumbled looking down. The fact that he forgot dead ass broke my heart.
