Silica sighed, and peeked out of the airplane window. All she saw was blue skies.
"How many more minutes until we're off this boring plane?" Silica asked her sister, Silver . Silver shrugged and checked her squi-phone(pronounced squee-phone).
"Around 7 more minutes," she answered.
"Yes!" Silica pumped her fist in the air with a loud "woomy!"
Those 7 minutes seemed to feel like seven days. When the captain finally announced that the plane had landed, Silica was nearly asleep.
Silica got up to pack up her oversized amount of belongings. She tied her tentacles into a bun and picked up her suitcase.
Inkopolis, the place that her life would change drastically.
