BABY STOOD IN LINE WITH THE group of grade nines she had hung out with the day before. Baby, Hazel, and Spinner watched as Paige prepared to to apologize to JT and accept his date offer in trade for the money they had offered her.
"JT." Paige spoke, gaining the small boy's attention as he reached for a bag of chips
"Uh, hey, Paige. To what do we owe this pleasure, this honor...this. Uh." JT struggled to respond, shocked that she was actually talking to him
Baby smiled lightly at his awkwardness, but covered it up as soon as she soon remembered the two were in a skid, and both too stubborn to apologize yet.
Paige talked to JT about their "date" before strutting away to eat her lunch. The shorter blonde paid for her lunch, before leaving the two boys to follow the rest of them. She stopped midway to glance at JT and Toby, making eye contact with her best friend. He looked like he was about to say something but then decided against it.
After lunch, Baby met up with Emma and walked down the hallway with her, talking about the gossip going around. The duo were stopped by Emma's collision into an older student.
"Hey! How was the rest of your party?" Craig asked as he quickly approached the girls and helped them pick up Emma's stuff, which had spilled onto the floor
"Good, until all the supposed adults started singing 80s hits." Emma sighed
"Sorry I missed it." Craig joked, handing her some of her supplies
"You shouldn't have had to." Baby added, handing Emma back some timed her stuff as well
"Did Joey talk to you?" Craig asked
"No, I wasn't eavesdropping it just sort of happened." The blonde promised
"I'm supposed to pick Angie up from school, has your dad said you can't hang out with me too?" Emma wondered, suggesting he come with her
"And, hey, how was I to know you were going to pick up my sister?" Craig added, playing along.
The shorter blonde laughed at the two, "Okay, you guys have fun. Don't get into to much trouble."
The two laughed as the blonde moved in to hug them goodbye, individually. Craig winced when The girl hugged him, instantly making her worry, "You okay?"
"Yeah, yeah, I'm fine. Promise." He nodded with a small smile
"Okay...just know if you need anything, you can always come to me." She added, still a bit suspicious
"Thanks, Baby." He smiled

BROWSING THE MALL WITH SPINNER and Hazel, Baby and the group waited for Paige to finish her date with JT.
