"mommy, can we go to the park today?" i ask as i tug on her pants. "i don't see why not." she says as she holds my hand. "let's get you dressed." billie says as she walks to my closet.
she gets out this outfit.

she puts on my shoes and we walk into the kitchen. "want a banana?" billie asks, walking to the refrigerator. i nod. she grabs one out and cuts it into slices and puts it in a container.
we walk outside to the car. she straps me into my car seat and hands me the container of sliced up bananas. she gets in the driver's seat and starts the car. i start eating my bananas while she drives to the park.
"mommy, can you play your song?" i ask sweetly. "okay!" billie says as she connects her phone to the car's radio. a song comes on.
"this is called ocean eyes." billie says and smiles. i start to dance in my seat. billie looks in the rear view mirror and laughs.
we arrive at the park and billie takes me out of my car seat. "i will be sitting on that bench right there, okay?" billie explains as she points over to a brown bench.
"okay mommy!" i say as i run off to the slide.
i crawl up the small ladder and slide down the slide. "weeee!" i shout as i slide down. i reach the bottom and clap.
i then see another girl, who looks to be around my age. i walk up to her. "hello!" i wave. "hi!" she says back. "what's your name?" she asks me. "paisley." i say back shyly. "my name is olivia." she says and smiles.
"how old are you?" i ask. "i'm two, almost three." olivia answers. "me too!" i say and laugh. "do you want to be friends?" she asks me shyly. "okay!" i say as i hug her.
we run over to the swings. we both get on one swing and swing together. we laugh while we are high up in the air.
we get off the swings and i ask her a question. "do you want to meet my mommy?" i ask olivia. "okay." she says as she grabs my hand. we walk over to billie.
"mommy, mommy, mommy!" i say as we finally reach her. "hey baby, did you make a friend?" she asks, looking at olivia. "yes! her name is olivia and she's two." i explain and smile.
"well that's great!" billie says and chuckles. "olivia, would you like to come over sometime?" billie asks. "yes!" olivia says and jumps. "okay, where's your mother?" billie asks, standing up. olivia points to her mother.
billie walks over to olivia's mom. "sorry to disturb you, but my daughter and your daughter became friends and i just wanted to ask can, i get your number so they can have play dates?" billie says to the young woman.
"sure!" the lady says as she puts her number into billie's phone. "and did you say that was your daughter? because you look very young to have a child." the lady questions. "yes, she is my daughter. i'm only 17 and i adopted her." billie explains. "oh okay." the lady says and smiles.
"by the way, i'm tailia." the lady adds, holding out her hand. "billie." billie says as she shakes her hand.
"well, paisley say goodbye to your friend, we have to go back home." billie says. i frown. "bye olivia." i say as i hug her. "bye paisley." she says as she hugs me back.
billie picks me up and walks to the car. i could really go for a nap right now.
she puts me in my car seat and gets in the driver's seat. she starts the car and i slowly fall asleep.
