One year. It's been one whole year since Bradley and Stefani made their relationship official. Although really considering their time before that, it's more than a year, if they were to acknowledge they were together even when they weren't really.

But today was a big deal to them. This time a little over a year ago, they were miserable and heart broken, even feared they'd never find a way to be together. Yet here they are now stronger than ever.

Stefani was a hopeless romantic. Bradley knew this. That's why he's been planning today for months. He didn't want to be a cheese bucket but he wanted their anniversary to be special, to mean something to her. He just wanted her to feel loved and special.

They spent the morning and afternoon, chilling and just together. Their favourite way to spend a day. But now it was 7pm and bradley had dinner and a surprise planned, and that's why he found himself waiting for her to get ready. He was flicking through the tv in the living room, smiling when he heard Sarah and Stefani laughing.

He looked towards the door when he heard Sarah. "I'm heading off, she'll be down in a second.. enjoy your night." She winked. Making him laugh.

"Thanks we will, bye Sar." He smiled.

Stefani was excited. She loved getting to dress up and get fancy with him. She chose to wear white high waisted suit like pants with her black heels with a black body suit. Her hair in loose waves, signature smokey black winged liner and her red lip. Going for a classy look. She looked good and she knew it.

"I'm coming!" She shouted down.

"Take your time!" He shouted back, making her giggle. She made her way down stairs spraying herself as she did so.

"Ready!" She squealed making her way into him. Making his eyes buldge out of his head. She loved that a year into their relationship she still had this effect on him. Made her feel so good about herself.

"Close your mouth mister." She winked, walking towards him.

"My god." He whispered, wrapping his arms around her waist.

"Behave." She smirked, running her hand up to his cheek.

"You look fucking incredible though, you really do oh my god I'm literally the luckiest man alive." He said almost in a trance lost in her eyes, which made her heart melt, because she could feel he meant it.

"And I'm the luckiest girl in the whole world." She smiled. Kissing him lightly.

They drove to a fancy restaurant a little outside of LA, picking a window seat. The table was set with beautiful roses and champagne.

"This place is gorgeous." She said looking around as they sat down.

They ordered and laughed. Drinking champagne. She was genuinely happy and that's all that mattered to him.

The food was out of this world. Making Stefani moan as she bit into it, which Bradley widened his eyes to, making her laugh realising how it sounded.

"You had your hair just like that the first time I saw you." Bradley said, surprising Stefani.

"I did?"

"Yeah at that benefit. I still remember."

"I don't even remember that, if I didn't know better I'd say mister Cooper, I had you whipped from the beginning." She smirked, eating her desert.
