In many women, the nipples are raised above the areola all the time, and due to stimulation or temperature changes, they harden and stick out even more.
In this case, they can be visible under clothes, underwear, or a bathing suit. Some women feel comfortable (BITCH HOW??) with them showing, while some don't.
There are a few simple ways to hide your nipples under your clothes or make them less noticeable, if necessary:
- Wear shirts, blouses, and tops with colourful prints or solid coloured dark clothes.
- Opt for dense cotton and linen. (or vegan)
- Choose bras with cups made of dense fabric.
- Wear scarves and shawls that cover your chest.
- Wear strapless tops under your clothes. (nah, now that's just too much!)
- Buy special nude-coloured nipple covers.

lol I don't prevent it. I only wear a bra (maybe) 6% of the time. I'll go to the shops, doctors, around the house, literally I do everything without bras. Unless I'm going on a date, I aint wearing a bra. And I'm married so take a guess how may dates I go on in a year. (three to six)! So I go basically the entire year, basically my entire life, without wearing a bra. Granted though my tits are tiny af. But I do have super long nipples (is that weird??) I'm so insecure about them, cause they'll always be so long and hard and it's so weird and I know everyone can see them so I get real insecure and cross my arms over my chest but usually im in a jacket or hoodie or jumper so you can't really see them but occasionally i'll go to the shops in just a shirt and be sooooo insecure because I know people be staring at my tits. anybody else?? lol
