Chapter 10! I hope you guys like it! Let me know what you guys think (:

--------

I wake up as if the house was on fire. As if sleeping was one of the most dangerous things I have ever encountered. I feel my heart beat increasing by the minute as I take short breaths to steady myself. I look around and see that I'm laying in my bed alone

It was all a dream

No Ben, No Taylor and.. No Blake

I rest my head on the palm of my hands gently massaging my temple as I feel as if I have gone insane

Why do I continuously dream of him?

I shake my head agitated knowing I wasn't ever going to get an answer to my question

I reach for my phone on my nightstand and see that it's 10 a.m. on a Saturday

I groggily get out of my bed and head to the restroom and throw some cold water on my face and then brush my teeth and comb my hair. I head to the closet and pick up a pair of high waisted jeans with a basic tee shirt while I put my hair in a messy bun

Good enough

I grab my phone and book and head out the door and make my way to...God knows where

Adventure time

-------------

I continue driving enjoying the moment. I've always loved driving. It always felt so riveting to me. As if I was flying. I continue humming to sucker by the Jonas Brothers while tapping my index fingers on the wheel continuously

I still can't believe the band got back together...my heart's finally content again

As I was driving, I see a small park nearby. I absentmindedly smile as I watch the boys and girls smiling and laughing while some play tag and others go down the slide. As a child, I always loved the park. Being shy, I never had the confidence to come up to the other kids on the playground but I was always content on just swinging and seeing how far up I could go. At first, the swings petrified me. I was scared of falling and breaking something but once I got the hang of it, I couldn't find anything else that could compare. I loved feeling the wind hitting my cheeks as I'd swing myself back and forth hoping to go higher and higher. Suddenly, I wasn't scared of falling..I was scared of having to ever stop. The feeling was addicting to me.

Suddenly, I hear a honk breaking my train of thought as I see the once red light was now green. I make the quick hazily decision of making a left and heading towards the park. I park the car and grab my book with me as I walk towards the park.

Entering the park, a slight breeze swishes the leaves as the sun hits my skin warming me. I make my way towards the playground and see the swings unattended causing me to get all giggly inside

I take a seat gentling swinging back and forth feeling that familiar sense of rush smiling widely. I open my book and start reading as I gently continue swinging simply enjoying the moment

-----------

Oh My God...Oh My God..

"For heavens sake, tell her you love her already!" I whine as the novel continues to keep me on the edge of my seat

"Hello to you too"

Startled, my head snaps up as my heart beat increases causing me to put my hand over my heart as I take a shaky breath while he stays there amusement laced in his eyes

Not finding the voice to speak, I simply nod at him in acknowledgment as my mind continues to race with thoughts

How is he EVERYWHERE?!

Blake decides to take a seat at the swing next to mine as words leave my lips before I could even stop it

"Are you following me?"

Blake's head snaps to mine. His grey eyes locking with my own eyes as his right eyebrow slightly rises up as his lips slowly form into a smirk

"Don't flatter yourself" he says smoothly his deep voice sending chills down my side as I register what he just had said

He saw the shock on my face causing his eyes to hold a sort of mischief

"I-im not trying to flatter myself" I said in disbelief feeling my face heat up "You're everywhere I am..I can't help but think it's more than a simple coincidence"

At my words, his smirk widens as he analyzes my face

"It's a small neighborhood" was his simple response as he turns his attention forward leaving me more confused than I was before

small neighborhood my ass..

"What are you doing here then?" I ask hoping to get atleast one answer that is not vague

Blake remains silent for a while causing me to feel a bit embarrassed for even asking but remain looking ahead watching the scenery infront of me

"I used to come here with my mother"

My head snaps towards Blake as my eyes widen in shock that I even got a response but Blake doesn't notice as his focus is solely ahead of him

"yeah? Did you like it?" I ask urging him to continue

This time it's Blake who turns to me giving me a teasing look, "It's a park mi amor nothing special"

I blush at his nickname but choose to ignore it as I shrug my shoulder, "I loved the park as a child"

"Yeah?" he asks looking at me in the eyes as I feel myself getting lost in them. They glistened under the sun brightly and coldly. I don't think I've ever seen such eyes in my life. The way they shined..they way they made me feel..

and then suddenly..I was scared of falling all over again
