Everyone was silent after Derek revealed to Lyra about not understanding why he flew back.
She felt herself panic wrapping her arms around herself.
"You have to calm down Ly," Scott said going near her but Derek pulled him away
"You can't be near her, not right now"
"That's bullshit!" Stiles argued but then noticed Lyra's eyes turn red confirming Derek's suspicion
"R-red? Is she—Scott asked turning to Derek not needing to finish his sentence knowing Derek will understand and he nodded
"An Alpha" Stiles said as he stepped back from her, making Lyra feel hurt from the reaction as she wrapped her arms around herself tighter.
Scott turned to Stiles feeling a little offended for Lyra.
Derek walked over to Lyra putting his hands on her shoulders," You need to breathe, or else you'll hurt someone, and if you keep doing this, you'll attract other wolves"
"I can't- I- She was knocked out by Derek as he slammed his head on hers
"What the Hell?!" Stiles and Scott shouted as Lydia shrieked
"She needs to get out of this place, she's not in control," Derek stated feeling a little bad having to knock out the young girl
"She won't be released until the end of the week" Lydia spoke up as they turned to her
"Someone contact her Uncle, and fast" Derek announced as Stiles grit his teeth pulling out his phone
"Um, Mr. Frieden, it's about Ly-Um no she is fine, yes- No, she-It's an emergency-Yes, I- Yes, I understand" Stiles grumbled hanging up the phone, turning to the others smiling but it was obviously fake, "Well, that went well"
"What happened?" Scott asked and Stiles rolled his eyes
"Oh, the usual lecture of the man—he said we shouldn't be visiting her and she needs rest" Scott let a small laugh knowing how protective Lyra's uncle was and he seemed to always pick at them saying they are bad influences, but allows them to be friends anyways.
Half an hour later, storming in was Lyra's Uncle as he saw his niece asleep. He noticed Derek and he got protective running over to his niece.
"what's going on?!" He questioned looking at her friends and Derek
"Your heart rate, it's rising, you know something, don't you" Derek stated and Henry went silent.
"Mr. Frieden, please, we just want to know" Lydia said carefully as he let out a sig
"Lyra she is a special kind of werewolf, she's not like either of you" Henry pointed to both Derek and Scott as they looked at the man shocked, that he knew what they were.
