it's the age of wonders, and I had the fortune to see you
when you're around, time slows down in the blink of an eye
like the cosmos knows well how I'll cherish this moment
how my mind's going wild, and my heart's an eager butterfly
through the heavy crowd, I kept despairingly seeking for you
but you found me first; caught me off-guard with your smile
and I keep that moment as a treasure, safely secured by my soul
in the moonlight, you discovered me and I was lost for a while
how can that slow moment of being lovesick when you said 'hi',
flash like a short movie in front of my eyes at the speed of light?
under those bright stars, in a state of magic, I could dominate time
but, at the speed of light, you appeared and left out of my sight
it's like an almost faded movie, and you're in the spotlight
my grace is long lost after just a glance at your face
you make me smile like crazy with just a single word
and made each confusing piece of me fall into its place
everything is brighter when you're by my side, everything's a dream
may you be loved more than I can imagine, may you be free
because I'm just gonna write lovesick poems about my fantasy
and hope that one day I'll live to be blessed and find you in me
how can that paused time of happiness when you said 'hi',
feel like moving so quickly in my mind at the speed of light?
that moment was true or was it just a dream where I control time
because, at the speed of light, you arrived and left me that night
