"Raven, he's fine!" Jasper shouted as they helped Bellamy stand up. Once he was up he walked over to the ladder that Murphy had climbed up.

"Murphy! It's over! Give it up!" He screamed. "There's only one way out of this for you now." Normally Jovie would have tried to stop him, but Murphy had gone too far this time. He had actually tried to kill Bellamy and that was something she couldn't forgive.

Murphy must have blocked the hatch because Bellamy couldn't get through. A few seconds later an explosion sounded from above and the dropship shook. Jovie steadied her balance before following Bellamy up the hatch that he finally was able to break through. In the center of the wall there was a huge hole. Bellamy, Jovie and Jasper stuck their heads through to see Murphy running towards the woods.

Before he could fully escape, he paused and looked up towards them. He was staring mostly at Jovie though. He had betrayed her and part of him hated himself for doing that, but it was like he couldn't control himself. All he could think about was getting revenge. His mind was clouded with anger from all that he had been through. She just frowned at him before turning away, facing her back to him. She couldn't look at him. What he had done cut deep and she needed him to know that.

"The guy knows how to make an exit," Jasper notes. "Should we go after him?"

"No," Jovie said right away. She was done going after him. She had done it once and now he lost her trust. "He's on his own this time." Bellamy looked over at her. Usually she was so adamant about giving Murphy the benefit of the doubt, but now she looked pissed as hell.

"Grounders will take care of Murphy," Bellamy said. "We're going after Clarke, Finn, and Monty." Bellamy looked over at Jasper. "You and Raven were right. We don't abandon our own. Two guns, you and me. That's it."

"I'm coming too," Jovie said in a way that showed she would not take 'no' for an answer. Bellamy hesitated before nodding his head. He didn't think pissing her off more was a good call right now. Besides, Jovie was the second best tracker after Finn so they needed her.

"Raven stays here to build up defenses. We lost a day because of this and our gunpowder," Bellamy continued. "Raven!" Bellamy went to turn to find the mechanic when Jasper stopped him. He paused before slamming his body into Bellamy's, giving him a hug. Jovie couldn't help but smile a bit at the sight, especially because of how uncomfortable Bellamy looked.

"Long way from 'whatever the hell you want,'" Jasper said. Bellamy laughed a bit before commotion came over the walkie.

"Wait. Hold your fire! Clarke and Finn!" Miller said as he opened the gate and pulled the two in. Finn barely had time to walk in before Jovie basically tackled him. He stumbled back a bit then wrapped his arms around her.

"I thought you were dead," she admitted.

"I'm okay," he assured her. "I'm okay."

"You're not allowed to die on me, Spacewalker," she teased.

"I'll try my best, Blondie," he replied with a laugh. She nodded her head before backing out of the hug and pulled in Clarke next.

"I'm sorry I left. I didn't know where you went," Jovie said. She felt bad about not going to find Clarke when she realized they had gotten separated, so she was just beyond relieved Clarke was okay.

"You have nothing to apologize for," Clarke said. "Hey, we heard an explosion. What happened?"

"Murphy happened," Bellamy said.

"Thank God! Where have you been? Where's Monty?" Jasper asked as he approached them.

"Monty's gone?" Clarke asked. Jovie frowned. If Clarke didn't know where Monty was then that meant the Grounders didn't have him.

"Clarke, we need to leave. Now. All of us do," Finn said, turning to address the camp. "There's an army of Grounders, unlike anything we've ever seen, coming for us right now. We need to pack what we can and run."

"Like hell we do. We knew this was coming," Bellamy said.

"Bell, we're not prepared," Octavia pointed out. After Murphy's little display, they were left vulnerable.

"And they're not here yet. We still have time to get ready. Besides, where would we go? Where would we be safer than behind these walls?" Bellamy shouted.

"There's an ocean to the east. People there will help us," Finn told him.

"You saw Lincoln," Octavia said.

"Yeah."

"You expect us to trust a Grounder?" Bellamy said. Jovie sighed. Lincoln had not given them any reason not to trust him. Bellamy needed to realize that. "This is our home now. We built this from nothing with our bare hands! Our dead are buried behind that wall in this ground. Our ground! The Grounders think they can take that away. They think that because we came from the sky, we don't belong here. But they're yet to realize one very important fact: we are on the ground now and that means we are Grounders!" He was clearly getting them hyped up because the delinquents started cheering.

"Yeah! Grounders with guns!" One boy screamed.

"Damn right! I say let 'em come!" Bellamy shouted.

"Bellamy's right," Clarke said. "If we leave, we may never find a place as safe as this. And God knows, in this world, we could be faced with something even worse tomorrow." Jovie had learned that the hard way. "But that doesn't change the simple fact that if we stay here, we will die tonight. So pack your things. Just take what you can carry. Now." The delinquents looked around at each other, unsure of which leader to listen to. But clearly Clarke's demand seemed more logical, the better option, because they started to move.

Jovie watched as Finn revealed Lincoln's sword and handed it to Octavia. The brunette stared at it in amazement. Jovie began to smile, but the sound of Raven screaming made her stop.

"Help me!" Raven said as she appeared from the back of the dropship.

"Raven!" Finn yelled as he rushed over to his ex-girlfriend.

"Murphy shot her," Bellamy realized. Jovie had thought it was Octavia but had put it together when she realized that Raven had opened the dropship door. She just didn't realize that Raven had actually been shot. She was hoping her friend would be fine, but of course the universe wouldn't let that happen. Jovie helped Finn with Raven before he eventually just ended up scooping her up in his arms.

"Get her onto the dropship," Clarke said. Clarke went to walk away but Bellamy was quick to stop her.

"Clarke, leaving here is a mistake," he said.

"The decision's been made," she told him.

"Crowds make bad decisions. Just ask Murphy," Bellamy said, making Jovie frown. "Leaders do what they think is right."

"I am," Clarke said before disappearing into the dropship to help Raven. Bellamy looked over at Jovie. She still looked upset about everything that had happened and he didn't blame her.

"Come on," he said quietly, leading her towards his tent to get away from all the other delinquents. When they got into his tent she just stood there silently as she stared at the ground. She was still trying to process the day's events. "Are you okay?" Jovie looked up when Bellamy spoke.

"No," she said simply. Usually she would pretend like she was okay, but there was no use in pretending with him. He had seen how scared she was watching her brother try to kill him. He had heard her begging out of desperation. "I thought you were going to die, Bellamy. And it was my brother who did that to you. So no, I'm not okay." Jovie looked down at her wrists that were raw and red from pulling on the rope so hard. Bellamy walked over to her and put his arms around her, holding her close to his chest like it was the only way he thought he could protect her. "But I guess we're all gonna die anyway when the Grounders come, right?" She mumbled sarcastically into his chest.

"That's not funny," he said and she couldn't help but let out a laugh anyway. "And Jo?" She pulled back slightly to look up at him. "I love you too." Her stomach felt tight when he said that, in a good way of course. She had almost forgotten her confession when she was begging her brother to stop. She didn't even need to hear Bellamy say it back, but the fact that he did made her feel that much stronger for him. She was at a loss for words, so she just smiled as she leaned up and pressed her lips against his. Maybe in the midst of all this chaos, there could always be something good found.
