k, so, sorry this isn't an update, i am going to edit my chapter tonight, but just give me some time. i'm going to explain why i haven't been editing.
so my family is putting down my dog, aysha, and i'm not feeling to bad about it. aysha and i aren't really connected and i kind of just feel like a friend is putting down their dog, sorry, but not personally sad.
anyways, last summer, my parents adopted my sister a female, medium haired, cat for her birthday, and i was very jealous, mainly because i had been begging for my parents to let me adopt a cat. i continued begging and my parents kept saying no, and, we already have a cat, we don't need another. around christmas i had accepted that the chances of my parents adopting me a cat were very slim, and i did not get a cat for christmas. i was very hopeful when my birthday came around in the beginning of april, but still, no cat.
about a week ago my parents told me and my sister that my dog is old, and we would have to put her down. later i over heard my parents talking about a short haired male cat they had seen at the spca. my sister interrupted them quickly, so i wasn't able to see if they were thinking about him.
until, last friday, when i was sitting in the theatre ( i was supposed to have gym, but i am unable to do gym because of my wrist and hip) and waiting for my friend, rachel, to get there (she had english but was allowed to leave because she had finished all her work) when i got a text from my mom. it was a photo, of her, and a cat. i freak out, because my mom adopted me a cat. i rush out of the theatre, and get weird looks from the grade 8s being taught, and run into rachel. i tell her about my cat, and we freak out. we talk about him and she help me name him. so, we named him...

evan hansen, but we just call him hansen. he is so cute, and cuddly, and i love him so much.
