♧A special hybrid centre♧

Juilet's pov:

Hey, the names Juliet and I'm 19 years old. My dad own a very special hybrid centre. Why is it special you ask? It's because the centre is filled with normal hybrids and mystical hybrids. Hybrids that is only told to be a legend but my dad have them. He only allowed people to adopt them if they were already approved by me. I help out my dad most of the time unless I'm busy with school but there's an exception though. I'm not allowed to see any hybrids at all which is the sad part.

"Hey Juilet!!!" Jackson greeted me as he approach the reception area

"Oh Hey, Jackson. What are you doing here?" I ask him as I glance up at him

"Well, I'm looking for Lisa to put a new mystical hybrid into one of our habitat rooms," Jackson answered

"Oh,Lisa is on break now. She'll be back in ten minutes. I could get a room ready for you," I said,hopefully

"As much as I love that but you can't. Remember, your dad won't allow it and also, nice try" Jackson remind me

"Yeah,I know but it's worth a shot though. Anyways, Let me fill up the adoption form for the hybrid," I said as I grab an empty adoption paper

"Good but I don't have much information about him though," Jackson said

"Alright, tell me his breed then," I told him

"He's a dragon hybrid," Jackson said

"Wait...What? A dragon hybrid? That's a rare find, Jackson. Where did you find him?" I ask, shock

"I found him in a little cave searching for food with his wings out and about," Jackson said as I wrote it down

"Hey Jackson," I heard Lisa greet him

"Hey Lisa, new hybrid. Prepare a room, please." Jackson told her as soon as she step foot.

"I only greeted him and I'm straight back to work," Lisa sigh as she left once again

I giggle at her misery as she pass the door that leads to the hybrid habitat rooms that I'm obviously not allowed to enter.

"Anyway, I got a hold of him and told him that he'll get more food than he has now so he ended up agreeing to follow me back. He said his name is jungkook though," Jackson said

"Full name?" I ask as he only gave what I assume its his first name

"He didn't say but the more he is comfortable with us, he'll eventually say it," Jackson said

"It's fine," I said as I place the incomplete adoption papers with the other incomplete ones

"Jackson, the room is done. You can bring him in from the back." Lisa said as she emerge from the room

"Alright, see you around Juilet" Jackson said as he left to get the hybrid

Lisa walk up to the reception counter and sat beside me.

"You should go talk to your dad," Lisa said, indifferently

"What do you mean?" I question her

"Don't play dumb with me. I know you wanna go in there and see the hybrids. Go talk to him, I'll cover for you," Lisa said as she push me out of the reception table

"Alright, Alright. I'll go," I said, happily as I make my way to my dad's office

I stood in front of my dad's office and took a deep breath. I knock on the door and wait for his reply.

"Come in, juilet" my dad call out

Once I enter the room, dad was already giving me a pointed look

"I know what you're here for but my answer is still no," dad said, knowingly

"But....dad...I've been working here for two years now shouldn't you give me the chance to take care of the mystical side or even the normal side like Lisa and the others," I whine as I try to persuade my dad again

"It's still a no, Juilet. I have my reasons," my dad said as he continued to look at the paper work

"those are?" I ask,hoping for an answer this time

"I'll tell you when you're ready. Now, get ready to go home. We're leaving in an hour," dad said, still not answering my question

"Fine," with that I left the office and head to reception counter, upset

Juilet's father pov:

"When are you gonna tell her about the whole mating thing with the hybrids?" Jackson ask as he entered my office

"For as long as I can. As long as she stays away from both sides, she won't find out what's a mate and that she won't be bonded to them forever," I explain

"You know your daughter, sir. She'll get curious. One day, she'll find out and will question you about it," Jackson told me

Ah yes, my daughter's love for curiosity. One day that curiosity will be the death of her.

"How's the new hybrid?" I ask, changing the subject

"He's fine but apparently mated to jin so they're rooming together," Jackson answered

"That was quick. How did that happen?" I ask, surprise

"Well, I was making my way to his room with him when we pass by jin's room who was at the front of the door smiling happily as usual. I thought nothing of it as he always smile whenever we're around but jungkook started sniffing and make a dash for jin. As usual they said mate at the same time" Jackson explain

"That's great but did their eye colour change light blue?" I wondered

"Nope,they're both dark blue when they made eye contact," Jackson reply

"Meaning they haven't found their little One," I said

A little one is basically a human or a lower ranking hybrid that needs care and attention of an alpha. If the hybrids eyes remain dark blue, it means that they're alphas and they have yet to find their little One. Only when they're eyes turn light blue then they found their little One.

"Yeah,they were pretty disappointed but they seem determine as they were whispering into each other ears. I couldn't even hear what they were discussing about. Jin was already practically shooing me out," Jackson whine

I laughed as Jackson pouted at how jin treated him. Not as worst as namjoon but still...

"Would you rather namjoon comfort you?"I ask, knowing the answer

"NO WAY!!! I don't want hoseok coming after me. Although hoseok is a fox, he can still go feral considering that namjoon is younger than him even though namjoon is like the main alpha," Jackson said, scared

I laughed at jackson's misery when suddenly the door to my office burst  open.

"SIR, YOU'VE GOT TO SEE THIS!!!" Lisa yelled out as she come into the room in a rush

"What happen?" I ask as I stood up panic

"It's Juilet!!! She's at the mystical side" By the name, I already made a run to the reception counter of the mystical side
