Hesitantly, Sal entered the house. Showing himself in and fighting back a sting in his eyes indicating tears. He felt Travis's palm rest itself on his dainty shoulder and guide him slightly further inside.
A blonde women in which Sal was familiar with to be Travis's mom greeted the two with a saddened smile and motioned for the two to follow her.
"You can stay in my room darling," Travis whispered, kissing Sals ear slightly as they walked. Sal just nodded, not in the mood for being romantic. He was just a sad, grumpy, confused, short homosexual at that point.
They made it into the room and Sal took off his prosthetic hastily before lying down in the bed and curling himself up against the wall. He managed himself to sleep, but 'sleep' wasn't really the best word for that. He was rather watching the back of his eyes.
---
Morning came and Sal woke up groggy and confused. Travis was still next to him, balled up with his head in his knees, asleep. Sal let out a heavy sigh and snuggled against Travis, feeling somehow guilty about not giving the blonde boy any love the night before. But Sal still couldn't relax. He was still on edge, and it's not like he didn't have a reason to be. Everything he loved was gone.
Sure Travis was still next to him and maybe he could say he was still in love. But the world was burning around him and he trapped in a ring of Fire.
He sat up, dismissing the little whine Travis let out when Sal left his side. There were 10 missed calls from Larry. Without hesitation Sal rapidly hit Larry's contact and pressed the phone against his ear, waiting for him to answer as it rung.
"Sal?" A voice croaked from the other side. The blue haired boy let out a relieved sigh and began to whisper.
"Hey Larry," He huffed, hoping Travis wouldn't wake up.
"It's the cult isn't it?" He exclaimed from the phone. The word 'cult' seemed to spike Travis' attention and he turned around. His green eyes were wide staring at Sal.
"The cult?" Sal asked, his eyes focused on Travis, confused.
"Yes! The fuckin cult has got to have something to do with the fire!"
Travis shook his head eagerly.
"How do you guys know about the cult?" Travis asked, panicked. Sals eyes widened. Travis checked the time and spoke louder now so Larry could hear him.
"Moms gone to work, Larry come over here right now." He paused, hesitant. "I have something you need to see."
Wow hey it's been awhile since I updated and I'm sorry about that. Things have been hectic lately and we've been moving and all.
I'll try to update more often but school does start soon so I'll have that on my plate too. I'm sorry this chapter is so short but the next one will be pretty long if it goes how I plan.
Have a nice day :)
