Last Time.....

Steve- "Just go Miranda"

Miranda- "Steve"

Steve- "Miranda goodbye"

Miranda- I turned and left

Now.....

-A week later-

Steve- "I dont know what I'm going to do Danny" I said sitting Danny office

Danny- "About Miranda"? I asked

Steve- "I want Lissy to have a woman figure in her life but I don't feel like she's the one I want"

Danny- "Lissy will ask who she is"

Steve- "I told her that she's an old friend which she is"

Danny- "You could give it a try"

Steve- "I don't know if I fully trust her"

Danny- "Its up to you man but there could be a possibility that this will work"

Steve- "It was so see if hearing from her after all these years. I mean why  now? After fourteen years"

Danny- "I have no clue why"

Steve- "Ill ask Lissy about it"

Danny- "So your going to tell her"

Steve- "Sooner the better" I said getting up and heading into my office where Lissy is.

-Steve Office-

Dad- "Hey Lissy" I said walking in

Lissy- "Hi Dad, whats up"? I said not looking up from my book

Dad- "We need to talk" I replied

Lissy- "Am I in trouble"? I asked looking up at him

Dad- "Not this time. Its about something else concerning both of us" I said sitting next to her

Lissy- "What is it"? I asked setting my book aside

Dad- "Remember a week ago a lady came in"

Lissy- "Miranda"?

Dad- "Yes"

Lissy- "What about her"?

Dad- "There's something that I didn't tell you about her"

Lissy- "What"?

Dad- "She's your biological mom"

Lissy- "What? But you told me that my mom died when she gave birth to me"

Dad- "I lied to you about that"

Lissy- "But why"?

Dad- "There were some reason behind that"

Lissy- "Like what"?

Dad- "Personal things"

Lissy- "Dad just tell me"

Dad- I sighed as I continued "She was young and didn't make the best choices"

Lissy- "Why now"?

Dad- "Why what"?

Lissy- "Why would she come back after all these years"?

Dad- "I don't know zweetie but she would like to get to know you"

Lissy- "I don't know if I want to. Can i think about it"?

Dad- "Sure and just know that I'm fine whatever you choose"

Lissy- "Thanks Dad"

Dad- "No problem. You hungry"?

Lissy- "Yeah"

Dad- "Pack up your things then we can go have dinner"

Lissy- "Okay"

-Couple of days later-

Danny- "Had she told you her decision"?

Steve- "Not yet, its worrying me"

Danny- "Why"?

Steve- "I'm afraid that she would choose to get to know her and then she leaves me"

Danny- "Steve she loves you. I don't think she would leave you"

Steve- "I hope not. I told that I'm fine with whatever decision she makes but now I dont know if I can handle it"

Danny- "Dont worry you'll be fine"

Lissy- "Dad"?

Dad- "Hmmm"?

Lissy- "I made my decision"

Dad- "And"?
