Bittersweet // Jensoo

Chapter 2

The next day, Jennie stopped Jisoo at the hallway and asked her to lead her to her locker. After a few bangings and knob adjusting, Jennie patted her hands and said:

"All done"

Jisoo tried to open and close the locker and it worked perfectly. She was very impressed and said:

"That's amazing! How'd you do that?"

"I have my ways" Jennie said and gave Jisoo a wink

"So thank you I guess" Jisoo said

"No need to thank me, you owe me a date, remember?" Jennie asked

"Oh right, about that, are you serious, I mean didn't you ask me out because your friends provoked you to do so?" Jisoo asked

"Yes, so?" Jennie asked

"So you still wanna go out then?" Jisoo asked

"Of course! Why not?" Jennie asked back

"Okay then" Jisoo mumbled

"You don't look happy, do you don't like me?" Jennie stated and asked

"What? No, it's just that, I'm confused, why me?" Jisoo asked

Jennie smiled and leaned over to Jisoo's ears, she whispered:

"Wanna know why?"

Her breathe was hot a ticklish and it gave Jisoo shivers, she nod her head and waited for Jennie's answers

"Because they asked me to ask the hottest in the room out, and I can't ask myself out obviously so I chose the second hottest which is you!" Jennie said

"What?" Jisoo asked, a little shock definitely, her face blushed a little too

Jennie chuckled and said:

"Oh my god you're blushing already"

She then walked away but after a few steps, she stopped her footsteps, she turned back to Jisoo and shouted:

"Meet me after school, parking lot"

Without waiting for Jisoo's answer, she turned back and walked away.

Jisoo calmed herself down and turned back facing her locker, she opened it up and was surprised to find a chocolate laying there. There's a card beside the chocolate, she picked it up and it says: 'from J'.

Knowing J means Jennie, Jisoo smiled to herself and kept the chocolate inside her pocket. She took out some books from her locker and went to class then. Jisoo couldn't really focus in class that day, her brain is unusually excited. She doesn't know why but her heart is really looking forward to the date after school.

Jennie dashed to the parking lot as soon as class dismisses, she did not want to keep Jisoo waiting. Despite being a playgirl, she treats each and every of her dates well. Jisoo wasn't there yet when Jennie arrived and she had a five minute wait.

She was scrolling through her phone when suddenly she saw Jisoo running towards her. She smiled and put away her phone while saying:

"Woah slow down, you don't wanna fall down"

Jisoo was panting like crazy, but she managed to forced out the words:

"Don't...you have...detention...today?"

Jennie knitted her eyebrows and thought for a while,

"Do I?" she asked

"Mr Brown...cookies...you promised" Jisoo replied, still panting
