Akito Route Part 2

Nao POV:

When I got to Akito's room he was standing there in a daze.

"Akito?"

At my voice he turned to me and went back to normal.

Akito: "Oh hey Nao........"

"Are you okay? You seem to be thinking about something....."

Akito: "It's nothing. Anyway I have a favor to ask you."

"Sure what is it?"

Akito: "Can you teach me kendo?"

"........what?"

Akito: "Can you teach me kendo?"

"But why?"

Akito: "Just because."

"Well sure......we can start tomorrow if you like."

Akito smiled and thanked me.

*Next Day*

(Still Nao POV)

Akito: "D-Do we really have to go?"

"Of course we do! A normal branch will never work!"

I was pulling Akito along with me.

Akito: "B-But why do we have to go to the Hiyoko's rooms?!"

"Because I'm sure they can figure out the perfect sword for you!"

I stopped walking and turned to Akito.

"You want to learn kendo right? Then you need the right sword for it."

Akito became quiet at my serious talk.

Akito: "Why did you learn kendo anyway?"

"Subaru-san said. I have to protect myself. Everyone isn't always going to be there to protect you."

I turned and started walking towards the Hiyoko's Room again.

Akito POV:

Subaru-san? Why is she calling her dad by his name?

As I continued to stare at her back she seems to give off a lonely feeling.

Nao POV:

Akito was standing very far away from the Hiyoko's room while I knock on the door. A hiyoko opened the door and seemed very happy to see me.

Hiyoko: (JOY)

"Hello there Hiyoko-san. I don't suppose you have some bamboo do you?"

Hiyoko: (SADNESS)

"I see.......by the way is Sorata here? I'm a bit worried about him."

Sorata: "I'm doing fine."

"Oh! Sorata! It's seems you are doing well. Have you been fine sleeping with the Hiyokos?"

Sorata: "Yeah........so why are you here Nao-san?"

"Well I was wondering if you had some bamboo but it wouldn't seem so......"

Sorata: "We don't......but maybe Kakeru would have some? Because of his plants and stuff."

"Is that so, well then thank you Sorata. I'll see you later."

I waved at Sorata and started walking back to Akito.

Akito: "So they didn't have any? Then let's just--"

"Ask Kakeru-san!"

Akito: "What?"

"Let's ask Kakeru-san next!"
