Camila's POV

The next day I had to fight to keep my eyes open, and it took me some time until I woke up with clarity, I looked at the clock and stood up.

It was already past noon. The new schedule is going to cause me great problems. With great embarrassment I left the room, wanting to be invisible, but I did not succeed.

“She woke up!” Chris said, coming to hug me.

“Good morning, sister!”

“Good morning, sweetheart!”  I said a little hoarse.

I went into the bathroom, I did my morning hygiene and then I went down, with the an embarrassment look on my face looking at everyone there.

“Excuse me for getting up so late.” I smiled shyly “the new schedule confuses me.”

“It's normal to catch it at the beginning. It also makes you sleep well, there is no problem.” Clara said

“I just woke up early because I'm always going to walk to the beach and if I don't force myself to go in the morning, then I'm not going. If it makes you feel any better, Lauren is still asleep.” Taylor said and I think it made me.

“Are you hungry?” Clara asked.

“I am.” I admitted, smiling.

“Can you wait a little longer? Mike is already on his way with the food.”Clara said.

“Of course” I said.

-

I was sitting with my back to the kitchen door, when a husky voice was heard out.

“Shit, my head is killing me!” Lauren complained.

Clara looked at her with rebuke and sighed, turning her back to me, I looked apprehensive, I'll admit it, when I saw her, my chin fell.

The girl standing at the door simply took my breath away.

Her brown hair, a little disheveled,
an indescribable sculptural body,
the face with well feminine strokes,
green eyes, in which I am able to easily get lost and even with a hangover, she doesn't stop being the prettiest girl I have ever seen.

There are no such people in Mexico, in fact.

“Pretend you're educated Lauren.” Clara said, while making the salad.

I heard her complain and taking some firm steps, until she reached Taylor's side, who looked at her with caution.

“Hi!”said Lauren dryrly, Taylor gave her a little punch in the stomach, that caused her to hiss in pain.

“What's wrong with you?”

“Stop being mean, she did not do anything to you.” Taylor said defending me, annoyed.

“Taylor, it doesn't matter.”I told her and smiled

“Hi.. Lauren, is that your name so?”

I know it is, but it wanted to see if she gets the joke.

“Yes, that's right.” She said simply, leaving the kitchen.

“Sorry for that, dear.” Clara said and se sat at the table, with me and Taylor.
“Lauren grew without limits.”

“I'm sure its because she just woke up.”
I said tryinh to make her feel better.

Clara smiled and then got up, leaving me with Taylor in the kitchen.

A few seconds later Lauren came in,
taking a cigar out of her pocket.

“You're not going to smoke here!” Taylor said. “we don't wanna smell that shit.”

“Are you behaving like that just because the Mexican arrived?” She raised one of her eyebrows, taking water from the refrigerator directly from the bottle.

“LAUREN!”Taylor screamed

“What now?” She faced her.

“There are other people who want to drink too.”she pointed to the bottle. Put it in a glass.

“I don't have any contagious infection so no one can stop me from drinking.” She returned the bottle to the refrigerator.

“Stop being so squeamish, girl!” Taylor said.

“Hey, foreigner” she said, making me raise my head and see her feeling a little afraid.
“Do germs makes you sick?”

When she opened her mouth to respond,

Taylor intervened.

“You do not need to answer anything.” Taylor said, looking at me.
“She has a name, Lauren.” said and faced her.

“I forgot her name.” she looked at me, closing her eyes a little, as she was trying to remember my name, I confess that I saw something red in hers eyes.
“.. Camila ”I said sympathetically, although she did not deserve it.

“That!” She thundered his fingers, as if he had remembered. “Camila...” She repeated. “Taylor, can she answer me now or are you going to interrupt me again?”

“I'm going to interrupt you.” she raised her voice “ because people don't ask that kind of questions.”

“Did you eat a book of 'Morals and good habits' at coffee time or what is happening?” Lauren asked.

“What is happening is that Camila has just arrived from another country and she has to witness your attacks.” she said, seriously “try not to be an idiot.” Taylor said.

Lauren faced her for a few seconds, Taylor wasn't intimidated and kept her gaze on hers, with a serious expression.

“Do you want a cigarette?” she finally asked, offering Taylor and then immediately, to me.

“Idiot.” she said, angryly

“Relax TayTay, you're bored as fuck” she said rolled her eyes.
‘That's bad for your health.’

“Look at yourself before talking about health with me.”

“Are you implying something, little sister?” she asked something so ironic.

At that moment Clara entered the kitchen.

“You two are amazing.” she looked at Taylor and Lauren. “Camila listening to your connversation.. what will she think about all this?”

“That Taylor is a problematic neurotic.” She said simply, putting the cigarettes in her pocket.

“I'm going to show you the neurotic, stupid.” Taylor said and got up furious.

Clara held her by the arm, Lauren didn't blink, she continued with a wry smile on her lips.

“ENOUGH!” Clara cried. “I do not want to hear another word.” she said authoritative, Taylor threw a glare at Lauren.

While Clara left the kitchen, Taylor whispered.

“I hate you!” Taylor said bravely.

“It's reciprocal.” Lauren winked and left the kitchen, leaving me with no reaction to everything that had just happened.
