We came to a private small island.
Uncle Richard is really well off.
Uncle Ethan help him get our bags.
Then he disappeared out of no where.
Hehe.
This adults are really funny.

"Where is Uncle Ethan?" I ask.

Uncle Richard is in the kitchen.
He flinched.

"Ah, he-he went out..He will be back later."

"Oh? But didnt the boatman said he will be back tomorrow? Where did Uncle Ethan get another boat?"

"Hmm? Hah? Ah? Y-yeah. The boatman.. We-we ask him to wait for your Uncle Ethan."

"Hmmm..."

I nod.
So he wants to spend time with me alone?

"Yeah. Ill prepare our lunch. You just go and have fun in the beach."

"No. I can handle this. Leave it to me."

"If you say so. Ill just play for a bit then Ill help you."

I dont like getting tanned so I wont swim under this intense heat Uncle Richard.
I just stand there while taking in the cold and fresh breeze.

After a while I went back.
The kitchen is a mess.

"What happened?" I ask.

Uncle Richard is washing his bleeding finger.

I grab his hand forcefully.

"I-I am fine. Just a small cut."

This guy is hopeless.
I frown.

"Ill cook." I push him away from the knife.

"Eh? I can do it!"

"When did you last touch a knife?"

"When did you learn how to cook?"

"Ill do it."
I glare at him.

I can cook simple dish.
Nothing exaggerated like some frech sounding meal. Just sauted vege and chicken adobo.

"Kara,your cooking taste so good. Better than my cook."

"Uncle, please change your cook then."
I sigh. This is the basic.
But I smile timidly.
Being praise is really a good feeling.

"Kara should cook for Uncle more."

"Hmm? I can cook Sinigang if you want."

"I want roasted Squid."

"My favorite? Mom cooks it all the time."

"I like everything you like."

That is so cheesy Uncle.
But I smile anyways.
It is a good feeling being courted like this.

"Let's swim?" Uncle Richard is walking here and there.

"Hm? Later, when the sun set."

"Eh? No! What if you drown?"

"Then Uncle Richard will save me."
