Me and Kayla were walking to school we just got out of McDonald's
We went in to buy some McFlurrys

"Nahh we just going to eat then we going shopping then me and you going to the pool"
I said pointing to me and her
"Ohh okay what time you trying to hit the pool?" Kayla said

" umm maybe around 7:00 so we could see the sunset and then we could see the stars and shit like that" I said

"That's a fucking vibe bro"

"I know that's why I wanted to do that time"I said walking away
"Bye see you later" I said walking into class

It was 5 period and it was our last class because we get out early today cuz it's the last day rya ain't in this class but melo is
So I started to make my way other to him

"Yo what are you Going to do over summer" I said
"I'm going to Australia for basketball" melo said
"Aye you not finna hang out with rya before you leave?"

"Nah I am but today's the only day I could hang out cuz I have a game on drew league"

"Ooo better hurry cuz she's booked until 7 today" I said

"For real what she doing?"melo asked

"After school she going to hang out with a guy
And then at 7 we hanging out if you wanna hang out with her ask her and make her Change her mind and hang out with you but if she says no you could come to her house to go hang out with us at the pool rocket, and Isaiah are already coming" I say leaving out the part about the guy being gay so that he makes moves in her

Cuz you know I just want them to date already I mean the whole school already thinks their dating and half of the people on social media think their dating so why not make it happen

"Oh she hanging out with a guy?" Melo says

"Ya some guy that we meet at the party and she ended up leaving with him to eat but trust me nothing else happened but better make your move before someone sweeps her away from you, and I know you saw that video of her cause rocket told me he showed you and you asked to send the video to him sooooo i know you feeling her
better make it quick cuz someone else has an eye on her" I said walking away happy cause I know this will start something really beautiful

June 18 is the day he died I do t know if you guys ever heard his music but I did and honestly his death made a huge impact on my life his music helped me a lot when I was going through some stuff he taught me that my depression does not define me I remember I used to have to take pills for my depression and I remember those days where I just wanted to leave and disappear but when I just listened to his music And felt myself relax cuz he wrote about stuff I could relate to and
His laugh, his smile, his energy and vibe were just so beautiful and it made me smile when I heard his laugh
He was trying to turn every bad flaw he had in his body
Not getting the chance to see his own son be born
Not getting the chance to celebrate his 21 birthday
Or not getting the chance to finish his dream just hurts me he didn't get the chance to do what he wanted
