Mind Talking between Familiar/Bonded

They had told them that they would be escorting the duo to the platform in case Black had tried to attack them when they were heading there the muggle way.

Percy felt agitated but understood. He was still combing through the list that was given from the Oath Test. He was right when he thought that a lot of families would've pledged a sort of oath to Harry after Voldemort's defeat in thanks for his families sacrifice, and that he had ended up killing the Dark Lord.

Even families outside of Britain had pledged an oath and Percy could say without a doubt people really thanked a person far too much.

Lucius and Draco had decided to go along with Harry and Percy, thankfully, which meant that Harry was able to be kept company in the large car while Lucius and Percy muttered to themselves about talking with Ted Tonks about Sirius' trial.

He had informed the man when Percy had figured out that Narcissa was actually cousins with Black along with Ted Tonks wife, Andromeda. They might have a better insight on the living conditions that Sirius was and how likely he was to betray the Potters.

It had actually reunited the two sisters and their relationship, from what Percy knew from Lucius and Ted, was actually much better than when Andromeda (Andy she demanded he called her) and Narcissa were younger and Andy had been blasted out of the family for marrying a muggle-born.

By the time the two third year students got to the platform, the train was about ready to leave for Hogwarts. Saying goodbye to their fathers quickly, the two entered the train and started looking for their friends.

They found Daphne, Blaise, Neville, and Luna in the room with a teacher that seemed to be asleep.

"There you guys are, why are we in this compartment?" Harry asked softly as he sat beside Neville and the teacher.

"The other compartment's had enough people in them that we would be an uncomfortable fit if we all tried to be in one. We found this one and said good enough," Blaise said with a shrug.

Rolling his eyes, Draco had taken the seat between Blaise and Daphne. Luna being Luna, sat herself on the floor and leaned back on Harry's knees.

Harry shrugged and started to play with her hair, braiding it the way he knew she liked knowing that she loved it when her mother use to do it to her hair.

"Alright, how was everyone's summers?" Harry asked.

The group started a quite discussion, leaving the one R. J. Lupin to sleep in peace. His appearance suggested he needed the rest.

"Did everyone get passes for going to Hogsmeade?" Neville asked after they each discussed their summers.

Everyone gave an affirmative but Harry knew he should take on to his, "That being said, I don't know if I'll be able to go. In the end it's still a teacher and Headmaster decision. And with Sirius Black being out and not knowing if he took a Godfather Oath then it might be too dangerous for me. Advance magic or not, the school is still responsible for my well being. They may decide that I can go on some days but probably not all," Harry pointed out.

There was some dejection but everyone in the cabin knew better than to really deny that Sirius Black was dangerous. They would play it by ear, and maybe sneak Harry out once in a while but make sure they stay close to him.
